If you dont know how to run hotels then you should sell this property. Such a beautiful l property built and running it like a lodge. The moment i enter the reception i understood my mistake booking this property. Reception staff not trained. Cooler kept at the reception. Interiors are horrible. Dim light everywhere. Guest seen sitting in their room keeping their rooms door open and you hardly find any families staying there. Scary place to get your family here. You will see lot of lodge type crowd. Entire hotel smell like a smoking zone. You will find ciggrates bin and buds every corner. Dinner and breakfast served like a food served to beggars. Hardly any verieties on dinner buffet or breakfast. No network coverage. No proper wifi. It is also far from the city. Getting a cab is also a challenge here. Only plus point is room i have stayed was spacious and staffs are polite though they are not proffesionals. It is 5 year old huge property with all aminites but none are operational. No much future to the property as it is going to get shut down soon. Not good. Caution! dont get fooled by the photos of property which are available. I am sure it is a property opening pictures. You dont get to see even 10% what has shown in pictures.

I booked with breakfast and dinner. The menu choices were disappointing. The dining hall is a small room where some buffet is laid carelessly as if doling out free food.

It'd really excellent rooms were to specious and clean and garden-view is awesome. Dinner did at rooftop and attender / waiter kausik and his wife was marvelous well trained and nice professional behavior. They attended us very nice with a well manner during our dinner. We love see them again this property ***** with kaushik and his wife. Specially mi kids and wife love more with this property and attended kaushik. Only need to improve inside lift as there was no fan for air circulation and cleaning of lobby / common place of rooms and stairs. Regards / prasenjit from vapi

Bad food and no service facilities. Apartment stay only. You have to wait 2 hr for room service. It happened to me throughout the stay.

Hotel needs renovation. It feels like an old Hotel that is not used by as many people. We also had an power outage and then when the power came back the AC was not working.

This is aparment/ flat converted to room, the main issue is the dust in the room, i do not feel its worth 4k. Had a very hard time sleeping, woke up with headache due dust allergy. Pillows are very low cost normal pillows. There is lot of dust inside and outside the room. This is a 2k room. Nothing more than that
