The hotel staff was arrogant and not cooperating in washroom there was no lock which was terrible to stay for 2 days in room no 306

Hotel was good, but parking & morning breakfast was ok. There was no proper parking available, needed to park the vehicle in the service road & there was no safety. Later parked in the paid parking area & it cost rs. 120. Breakfast charged rs. 169- per person & they will provide south indian food only 01 plate of dos-as or idle. ***** with tea or coffee.

Arrogant staff and no proper service, the toilet seat was broken. When entered at-he room was dirty.

Bed linen was tore and patch was stitched. They don’t have there kitchen. Order placed is forwarded to near by restaurant. Hoteliers won’t offer you dental kit nor shaving kit. Lift has capacity of person only. I would suggest stay in ********* instead of amisha international.

The hotel location is exactly opposite to surat railway station and have good connect to nearby locations
