Located in Surat, Gujarat, India, you can think of it as an ordinary inn.
It's okay to sleep for a day or two
Especially men and women do not recommend it.

Hotel is good, Service is extremely poor. Restaurant staff are very cooperative especially Anjali ji, but lack of manpower is there. Intercom was not working since check in and they didn't bother to fix it. Pls improve the services else you will loose customer base

Stayed several nights and the staff was very accommodative. They catered to my request for change of rooms very quickly. House keeping was also good. Breakfast was well-served and Sujata at the restaurantalong with other staff was very sweet. Thankyou

Location and food is good .But the room service and housekeeping was not at par. Lot of confusion was there for checkin .Everytime I had to ask for every utilities like towel , Dental kit nothing was present in the room . laundry bags were not available I had to call reception for my laundry every morning

Hotel seemed gud for the price, but I chose this hotel coz it had a gym… but it was quite disappointing.. equipment’s did not work, and it was a very small area with no space to workouts. Breakfast was also just average. Would not be my first choice

Excellent service. Happy with Sujata Shivam Akash . Quality of Food and Staff service is also good . People here take good care of guests and problems if any are heard and taken care of after discussion . Do visit whenever you are near Surat Railway Station .
