This hotel was very clean and quiet. It's is 15 mins away from the night market and about a 10 min walk to seven eleven. I wouldn't stay here long term because it's not really great anything amazing, but it is good just for a quick transfer. Download the grab app and get a local phone number from the seven eleven to make moving around a lot easier. The hotel itself also offers boat and can transfers to the nearby islands so you don't need to buy it at the airport.

I stayed for 18 days and it was a great value for money! Room gets cleaned everyday, bottled water is provided after cleaning, and towels/sheets are changed after housekeeping. The staff are also friendly and approachable. One of the best places to stay in Surat Thani!

Very nice hotel in downtown suratthani. Excellent front desk service with many free amenities such as coffee , water & juice , fruits. The hotel also provide bikes to visit the city / move around. Rooms are clean & modern perfect stay for a stopover. Very efficient hotel concept, highly recommended !

Very convenient to everywhere in town, service minded staff, room is clean and spacious. Facilities are well organized, comfy bed and pillows. Also, most importantly very value for money! Parking available. 24 hrs reception. Free organe juice and fresh brew coffee 24 hrs.

It was a great bed and bathroom just as advertised. No amenities in room some available from reception. Hand soap would have been nice. No fridge in room which we didn’t realise. Had to take our medication to be kept cool to reception. Coffee,water, orange juice bananas and biscuits available at reception 24/7.
