B2 Surat Thani Premier Hotel Reviews

The hotel is clean and new and inexpensive. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location is great - home pro is right next door, central shopping mall and Tesco lotus is just 5mins drive away. Diving to the city is about 15-30mins depending on traffic. Breakfast comes in set (different wraps and hot beverages to choose from). Stayed at the presidential suite with breakfast paid only 2800thb for 2 nights after deducting trip coins. Room is spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

Generous and kind staff. Baggages are allowed to drop here for a while after check out. Good location in Surat Thani.

1. The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, however if you want to take the train or the flight, the hotel is a kinda close to them. 2. The staff are very friendly, they are always there to help you. 3. The room is clean, however I have to say if you are a light sleeper, then you might need to consider it seriously because it is super super NOISY all the time, the hotel is at the interjection so you can basically hear the cars and the motorbikes passing by. Honestly I didn’t get any good sleep during my stay, what’s more is that the room’s soundproof is terrible too, you can hear your neighbors talking :)

It is a very basic hotel that is not suitable for long term stay if you require laundry services. During my stay I didn't feel comfortable as the security guard approached me and tried to get my social media account.

This is a great hotel for a one night stay if you are transiting from one place to another. The staff are very friendly and the booking in process easy to navigate. The breakfast Is limited but still nice. Good value for money.

Great clean and good hotel. Inside is modern with good amenities. Lack of toothbrush or toothpaste a little disappointing. Breakfast totally not worth it, rather look outside. Security staff extremely helpful when parking and entering. Hotel staff good, but check out could be more streamlined
