Great location, perfect only for a one-night stay and if you intend to take the SeaTran bus to Samui or Phangan the next day - but the room needs a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Pillows at the living area are brown-ish and the bed frame needs a bit of wiping. Overall, not much to rave about given its price point.

It's good if you're going to Koh phangan, you can just walk to the bus company from there if you want to take the ferry

Contacted hotel to advise we were arriving into Surat thani on the night bus at 6am. I asked if we could check in early or even pay for a room for the previous night. Or at least leave our luggage. But they didn't even have the decency to reply. So we turned up at the hotel at 6.30am to see if we could leave bags but place was deserted. So after travelling for 42 hours we went to another hotel. Very poor communication from little PP hotel

Nice little hotel in a quiet section of Surathani. Very clean and modern. Its a bit easy to miss at first glance.
The Saturday night market is an easy 1-1/2k walk.
I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning stopped working in the evening. The reception is not manned around the clock. The next day I was given another room, but a downgrade. Street side, no mini fridge. It wasn't a problem, as I hardly used it. In the previous room, the fridge seals were covered in black mould. The same was true of the communal appliances on the floors. The only compensation I got was breakfast. But only on request.
