The stay was very nice food is very special for in chotila and front office staff is so nice specially Mr Lalit in front office really nice person check-in formalities is smooth we will stay again as soon as possible I really recommend to this property my friend and relatives

Very terrible experience in name of loads. Water was very dirty it seems they never made any cleaning in property.

Food was good and hygienic. Staff is polite and always eager to help. Wish the pool was available for use, it needed vacuuming and was very slippery. Other than that everyone was helpful and friendly. Anupam was especially helpful and cooperative.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food quality is very nice. Reception staff are helpful and courteous. Room service needs to be improved. Swimming pool needs more maintenance. Major issue is of hard water in bathroom and movement of stray dogs in lobby and other area needs to be addressed immediately. Manager mr ravi always ready to help 24x7. Overall nice stay

We checked in at near by 1pm and requested for top floor room. Reception staff denied upfront citing reason that rooms not available. Allotted room on first floor with poor view and we denied accepting it. Then he said please wait for one hour till the time other rooms getting cleaned. Surprisingly he allotted room on top floor now. How room on top floor get available which was’nt just before few minutes? room was not cleaned at all. Floor was dirty. Toilet was not clean. Broken hairs on bed and room was smelling like hell.
