There was no early check in.Had to be 2pm on the dot.
Slow on the 100 dollar deposit.not specified at check in.
No free parking. No small fridge in room
Very small shower. Bed uncomfortable.floor dirty

The price of this inn is very expensive for what you are getting.
They asked for a $100 deposit. Although you can get back when you check out.
This was the first time I am asked for a deposit!!
There is no facility at all. I won't recommend this inn to anyone.

Well located for surfers but not very clean and the staff aren't very attentive. I waited a while before receiving my deposit.

When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there were no staff members on site. There was a staff member resting (sleeping) in the lounge next door. We had to call him for a long time and make many phone calls before he woke up. Everything else was very good. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV!

The hotel's "manager" is young and very responsible. Due to a flight delay and cancellation caused by personal reasons, we couldn't check in on time, but the manager actively helped us make arrangements and provided a lot of useful information. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the city center. You can buy a one-day GoExploer card for 1.5 pounds, which is conveniently located near most shopping and sightseeing spots via Glink or bus. The facilities are complete, and the environment is nice. The rating seems to be low because it's newly opened, but you can stay with confidence. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Had to pay an additional $20 for parking. There was no kettle/ tea/ coffee in room. Room was so small. Had trouble to move with 2 people in there. This is a real budget place and I guess you get what you pay for. Staff member was police and welcoming.
