Located in a busy street, close to the beach, shopping malls, and restaurants. If the parking lot downstairs is full, you can also park in the public parking lot behind The Island, which is a 2-minute walk away and has a good price. The hotel rooms have great views of both the sea and the mountains. The breakfast is very rich. Because it is located in an extremely busy downtown area, it can be said that the later it gets, the more lively it gets. The music and the crowds don't disperse until the early morning. I have stayed at Novotel Surfers Paradise numerous times. I love the location most of all - Located directly above the Oasis Shopping Centre and less than 200m to the beach. My room today had amazing sea views. Car Parking is also really good as Novotel shares the shopping centres car park, I usally hate paying for parking how ever I feel its a fair price at $22 per day, unlimited entries in and out and its valid until midnight on the day you depart. The room is clean and a good size, the breakfast is one of the best hotel bueffet breakfasts I have had, I have traveled to many countries around the world - and Novotel's breakfast get my #1 vote. My only issue I have with Novotel Surfers Paradise is the time to check in - it can be absolutely terrible the wait times are often unacceptable, I made a comment in the lift just this morning about this, all the other guests agreed - its just too slow. This seems to be an ongoing problem as I have enountered it before - so i dont know what the problem is but I feel I'm not the only one that has this issue. Overall I still love Novotel Surfers Paradise, Trip.Com always seem to have the best price around by far making it a very good option for Surfer Paradise.

The room was nice, with a full sea view, rich breakfast, and the hotel is in a good location. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk downstairs to Surfers Paradise. Great value for money.
