The environment, hygiene, and facilities were all good, and the service was acceptable. My only minor regret is that there were two billing errors, which were only corrected after I called them later. However, I incurred international long-distance charges, and such incidents really put a damper on a traveler's mood. I hope this doesn't happen to any other guests in the future!

Had a great experience, and the food was excellent. The kids absolutely loved the pool and snorkeling. The service was also top-notch. I'll definitely choose a big brand hotel again next time. It was a very pleasant vacation.

Location: I think this is one of the more convenient locations in Gold Coast. Facilities: However, it doesn't have its own beach, only a saltwater pool. The breakfast is quite rich; it would be best if it could be delivered to the room. There's a car service from the airport to the hotel, but the tram isn't very reliable and sometimes stops running, so don't cut it close when going to the airport. This hotel is centrally located in Gold Coast, making it suitable for getting anywhere, and transportation is readily available. If convenience is your priority, this place is a good choice. Room service is also excellent, and it offers great value for money. Service: There was a welcome drink upon check-in, and the staff were all friendly, though there was no Chinese-speaking service.

The hotel's front desk service was quite good; they even gave a small gift once they knew I was a Marriott Platinum member. The room was a bit damp, but clean enough. It's great for kids; we spent three days enjoying the hotel's beach and pool and didn't even want to go out. While the amenities can't compare to a water park, they were still very good. We'll definitely go back. The hotel breakfast was decent, just a bit crowded, so you had to queue.

The hotel environment is excellent, and you can snorkel in the pool, which was a great experience. The room is spacious and the facilities are very new, highly recommended for families with children.

Every time I visit the Gold Coast, I stay at the Marriott, and the breakfast is always great. However, the caps on the shampoo and other toiletries can be easily opened, which raises some safety concerns. After 6 PM, there are no staff or services at the pool, and it's not lit. For children with UV allergies who wish to swim in the evening, it's not possible. December is summer in Australia, so it gets dark late. I hope the hotel considers extending the pool's closing time, especially since guests are here for a holiday. Thank you.

The facilities and services were excellent. The entertainment options like the pool and teppanyaki were fantastic. The parking was also very convenient since we drove.

The hotel facilities are good and the environment is pleasant. The service was excellent; all our requests were met. The only thing is that the breakfast wasn't really suitable for Chinese tastes.
