Enjoyed my stay in this metropolitan hotel.

Good value hotel near cavil avenue which is the centre of Surfers Paradise. The room is a bit dated but still clean. Nice hinterland view from the balcony.

Awesome stay! Location is wonderful, right beside the main shopping area and train station. Place was very clean and had great view! Very satisfied for price paid

Good hotel for the location and price. A little tired on the inside but overall ideal for a night - handy bar / restaurant on the ground floor, although it closes a little early, and lovely view from the balcony too.

The location is great and has great river view. The room and bathroom are big. However, the glass cannot prevent the water splash and make it very wet and watery after shower

Beds are very light weight. Reception desk needs improvement in spoken English especially during night hours.

Well priced and good location close to everything and just a few minute walk to the beach as it is along the river. Staff were friendly and the pool area, spa and gym we’re great to use during our stay

Was put in a room and the shower was full of mould. You could smell it as well. We complained and they did move us to a better room. Not sure what the cleaners think is clean as the shower looks like it had never been scrubbed. The room they moved us too was clean thankfully.

Great location, pool has a bar and table service, staff were friendly and accommodating. Wasn't advised that parking needed to be pre-booked so we weren't able to get a carpark at the hotel. Luckily Chevron Renaissance has affordable parking and is only across the road (best parking rates are available for when you enter after 12pm).
