Overall a great experience. Rooms are clean and modern. Staffs are very pleasant. Bags brought up quickly and things like hand wriiten birthday card and surprise balloons and tray of lemonade.kit are a nice personal touches
Breakfast was also very nice. The Selection may not be as big as some of other five star venues but everything was fresh and quality. Every single things were yummy. I liked how amenities were in a.big pump bottles locked on walls which islot more greener than little plastic bottles. Dyson hair drier and T2 tea bags are also nice.
What I felt were lacking- there were no complelentary water in the room. Also no bathtubs in the twin room. The pool was great also a little small.

A truly delightful and surprising hotel! It's conveniently located not far from the tram station, making travel easy, and it's just two stops to the Q1 Observation Deck. The decor is light luxury and stylish, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the sea view is excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the food at the pool lounge was also delicious. The only downside is that there's ongoing construction next door, and the noise affected my sleep in the mornings.

Absolutely terrible. They treat Chinese people differently. We were given a room on the 4th floor, supposedly a sea view, but you couldn't see the sea at all. The bar downstairs was incredibly noisy.
On the second afternoon of our stay, they unilaterally charged my credit card an extra 50 AUD, claiming I used the minibar, which is ridiculous as I never touched it. When I confronted them, they said, 'I trust you,' with an obvious discriminatory tone.

Great location, friendly staff but there are something’s needs attention like breakfast menu is same everyday not much options either, wash basins in the bathrooms are too small it’s easily you will get wet and wet the floor, position of the soap holder is bad in the bathroom it could easily hurt someone while having shower.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the beach. The decor feels a bit dated, but the hotel's pool and spa are both fantastic. We stayed in a sea-facing room; looking down, there are a few construction sites nearby, which aren't the most aesthetically pleasing, but there's not much that can be done about that. The distant views, however, are very good. The only minor flaw was that the hairdryer was a bit dirty.
