The staff are so nice, and there's a room where you can store luggage. The kitchen even has an air fryer, but many of the electric kettles were broken. The fridge was super full, and there were always lots of people coming and going in the kitchen, cooking. I didn't even want to cook myself after seeing that. I recommend going down to the kitchen to cook between 5 and 7 PM; that's when it's least busy and cleanest. The room was super dark, and my roommates were long-term guests who were often resting in the room, so I was really worried about disturbing them, but they were all very nice. Australians might not be afraid of the cold; the 'duvet' was just a blanket, so remember to bring thicker pajamas in winter. After 10 PM, I could still hear singing and loud laughter from outside the room, so definitely bring earplugs! If you're looking for something cheap, this place isn't bad, and it's super close to the light rail station.

The location was great, but the cups were dirty. However, if you don't mind that much because of the good location, I'd still recommend it.

The room size was decent, accommodating six people, a mixed-gender group, and the experience was pretty good. The location is right in the city center; downstairs, you'll find various restaurants, bars, and the beach. There's also a common area downstairs with a TV, kitchen, and more. It's a nice place.

Pretty good, with its own private bathroom. I think the only thing that needs improvement is the common area. On the second floor, there isn't much space in the fridge for people to put their things, and there are always a bunch of bags taking up a lot of room. Also, quite often there are unwashed dishes in the sink from the previous person. I think the kitchen area could use some better organization.
