Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW

I’ve probably used this hotel 30 times in the past 3 years for business and pleasure. Always clean and great staff. Perfect location in Surprise with safest neighborhood and most budget friendly price. Last visit Wife was happy they had hair net.

Short stay, clean room, friendly staff, near many restaurants. Reasonable price for the area. Will stay here again!

Tried to call the hotel multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. When I arrived to check in, the front desk attendant left to deliver towels to a room. She was gone for about 10 minutes. When I came back she had placed her cigarettes and lighter on the counter. When I left later in the afternoon to get food. The same front desk attendant that checked me in was on a personal phone call. The hotel phone was ringing for a while. I stopped to stare at the Front desk clerk, she saw me staring hung up her personal call and answer to the hotel phone. The level of service and cleanliness of the room was not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay, pleasant staff, comfortable, safe area and close to shopping area. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome breakfast. Room was very spacious and had a sofa sitting area. Love BW

We found everything in good condition and working. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will return again if we need to be in the area. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful plus the place looked clean and tidy, except for the pool area could use a little clean up.

It an excellent hotel and ;location, shopping is next door.

I arrived and everything was fine until i went to take a shower before bed. I went onto the shower and found that a shower curtain was missing so I had to go down to ask for one because the front desk was not answering. Then i went to pull out the extra bed that is in the sofa and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows. At this point my so and myself were so tired we just shared the beed instead of going down to get blankets. We then both tossed and turned all night on a mattress that was the hardest matress i have ever slept on. My son literally wokeup in the middle of the biggt and said "this matress sucks!". It was absolutely miserably. I didnt get a chance to complain at the front because we had to be on the road by 6am to do a 13 hour drive back to reno. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Oh and when I got up at 5am to make my coffee the coffee machine was also broken. So I had to be up later than i wanted because i had to locate a shower curtain, share a bed because there was no blankets for the second bed, crap sleep because bed was so uncomfortable and didnt even get coffee because the machine was broken!
