L'hotel è pulito ed il personale disponibile. Purtroppo ci sono un po' di mancanze. Frigorifero non funzionante, aria condizionata non funzionante e poi non ho capito perché la sala bar/relax fosse chiusa. In caso di pioggia si poteva stare solo in camera. Nessun dépliant con indicazioni delle varie camminate che si potevano fare per chi non conosce la zona. In compenso avevamo un paesaggio fantastico e le baite in zona top.

Personale gentilissimo sia in reception che in sala. Colazione deliziosa e appagante, sempre attenti a non fare mancare nulla. Ottima pulizia. Devo fare due appunti sul personale al piano... quando rifanno il letto, il lenzuolo va rimboccato, non lasciato piegato "della serie fattelo tu". Il personale al piano deve segnalare al gestore le problematiche nei bagni (acqua non scendeva nel lavabo). La camera va consegnata come si deve. Mancavano gli asciugamani ospiti. Per quanto riguarda il personale della sala, non si può rimanere con le tazze in mano, perché non c'è il tavolo apparecchiato per 2, e non mi si fa sedere a quello per 4. Anche se La cameriera si è scusata per l'attesa, non va bene. È una bella struttura, in ottima posizione strategica, abbiate cura. Stanza 302

Excellent position of the hotel if you ski. A good program for young children. We didn't have heating in the toilet for two days because of a malfunction. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is average, but there is a good selection of salads. The rooms are small but clean. They could clean up the snow in front of the hotel and the parking lot better.

Fer prices for drinks, personal very nice, the hotel clean, but big problem in the room nb 233 with smell from septic tank.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Es war unser drittes Mal in dem Hotel und definitiv nicht der letztes, wir kommen wieder! Dieses Jahr war auch noch Programm für die Kinder, das war das beste!! Dafür vielen Dank!!! Essen konnte bisschen besser sein. War die Jahre zuvor besser. Aber grundsätzlich kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

È la terza volta che soggiorno con la mia famiglia e non sarà l’ultima!Pulizia da 10 e lode ed accettano gli animali! Cucina gluten free estremamente attenta e varia, quasi perfetta; tutto il personale di sala (colazione, pranzo e cena) è davvero meraviglioso sotto la supervisione dalla bravissima Elisa. Speciale l’animazione di Raisa che dal mattino fino a sera intrattiene piccoli e piccolissimi con tante attività. Le piste sono proprio di fronte: esci dalla stanza, vai alla sky room e ti metti gli sci!Insomma per noi perfetto!Ciliegina sulla torta la sauna prenotata ogni sera e privata e dopo un drink nel super fornito e professionale bar!

La posizione è davvero ottima, le camere sono un po datate ma pulite, purtroppo il personale, se pur cortese, non ci ha dato alcuna informazione. Non c'era il ristorante per cenare, e non ci hanno informato che le strutture vicine sono per la maggior parte chiuse il sabato sera( così avremmo prenotato nell'unica aperta)....zero informazioni sulle escursioni da fare....Peccato, perché la location è davvero ottima, sopratutto per noi che eravamo con 2 cani. Colazione molto buona
