The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was okay. The standard rooms are fine, but I recommend opting for a double room. The booking system could use some improvement. While being there, the receptionist accidentally assigned my room to another guest, who walked in while I was working with headphones on. Both of us were surprised by the mix-up. He explained that he was told the room was empty and then went back to the front desk. They quickly gave him a different room. I expected a call from the front desk to explain the situation, but I didn’t receive one and that frustrates me.
