Nice hotel and they provide a lot of services.

The dinner menu, taste, and quantity were just right. We had a great time, and the staff were happy to answer any questions we had during the meal. Breakfast was outdoors in a mountain hut in Kirigamine, and we were very satisfied with the borsch, bread, coffee, and cake in the middle of nature. It took about 30 minutes by car to get there. The hot spring was not too hot, so we warmed up slowly. It was a wonderful trip to Lake Suwa.

I chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and there were many hotels with hot springs or large public baths. There were many different types of baths to enjoy, and I was lucky that the baths were close to my room. The view from the rooftop terrace was nice both day and night, and it would be nice to relax with a drink. I would like to stay here again.

It's a bit out of town, but I don't think it's a problem because there's plenty of parking space. The view and water from the open-air hot spring were very nice. The staff is very friendly! This is a place I want to visit again next time. There are a wide range of room options from small to large, so I think they are suitable for a family trip!!!!! Lake Suwa can be seen beautifully from the open-air bath.

You can see Lake Suwa on the west side and Mt. Fuji on the southeast side. The sauna was also good. I would like to use it again. Recommended.

The rooftop viewing platform is nice

The reception is kind. Stayed in a single room in the main building. Facilities were a little old, but cleaning was perfect. The large public bath is on the 6th floor, and the men's and women's baths are switched between night and morning. Breakfast is buffet style. There are many types of food, mainly Japanese food. There were only 3 types of bread. On the day I stayed, there was a fireworks display at Lake Suwa, and the viewing terrace on the 7th floor was open to the public, so I was able to see it up close.

酒店座落諏訪湖畔，因為要看8月晚上的煙花，今次訂了看到諏訪湖的房間，在露台坐椅觀看煙花。房間非常大，入門有梳化換鞋，再經過大玄關才入到房間，右手邊是流理台、內有廁所及另一邊乾濕分離的淋浴設施。另外，接連另一館有溫泉浴場（男女湯早晚對調）。自助早餐選擇多，有新鮮蜜瓜及哈蜜瓜。酒店亦有觀景天台供客人晚上看煙花，早上坐坐吊床，看看風景。過一條馬路就是諏訪湖畔，早餐後有時間可以外出散步，環境非常舒適優美。

老牌日本度假酒店，出門就是諏訪湖，一線湖景。温泉非常舒服，度假的日本人也很多，很有昭和老錢風味的酒店。

旅館人員很友善，酒店位置佳，也有免費車位提供，總體來說不錯～～不過唯獨酒店tatami的床套有點污漬，感覺床舖衛生程度一般

酒店位置偏遠，提供免費車位，適合自駕人士，有温泉，很舒適，地方清潔乾淨，早餐以日式為主。

6階から諏訪湖を見ながらの温泉が最高でした。
