The hotel is directly connected to Suwon Station, and the airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so the location is great. There is a department store-like AK Plaza inside the station, and there are many restaurants around Suwon Station, so you won't have to worry about food. The much-talked-about Starfield Suwon is also located next to Suwon Station, so I didn't have to worry about shopping a lot! If you take a direct train from Seoul Station, you will arrive at Suwon Station in about 30 minutes, so I think it is an easy place to get to. None of the staff could speak Japanese, but they could speak English. Many people were very kind and upgraded us. If I have a chance to go to Suwon again, I would like to use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

It was about a 7-8 minute walk from Suwon Sub-Office Station. There was an escalator at Exit 6 of the station, so it was fine to move around with a heavy suitcase. I didn't use the other exits so I don't know about them. The front desk couldn't speak Japanese, but the check-in itself was smooth and not difficult. The room was spacious and clean. You can easily spread out your suitcase. I don't think there were any toothbrushes or razors so you should prepare those. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel's facilities were good and the location was good so I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is small, but clean and tidy overall. The bathroom has a smart toilet. But no toiletries are provided, which need to be purchased at the front desk. Two bottles of ice water are provided free of charge in the room every day. There are different slippers in the room and bathroom. There are many places to eat and convenience stores around.

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot. My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The room is a bit small but adequate. Very clean. The location is very good. There is a big Starbucks downstairs. If you go out at midnight, there are several small bars where you can eat and drink beer. There is also 24/7/11. The front desk staff all speak very good English. If I go again in March, I will definitely stay here again.

The location was good and it was great to order delicious food. The room feels reasonably spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a bit inconvenient not to have Netflix, and the amenities provided are toothbrushes, which is convenient. I wasn't very happy because the vanity kit was torn apart. The bathtub and bathroom were clean, and it was convenient because the toilets were not separate.

The front desk of the hotel basically speaks Japanese. The convenience store downstairs can pay with WeChat. Walk to the sunken square and then across the street there is a bus directly to Seoul. It is double-decker and very convenient. From the airport, you only need to take a bus to get there, but the fruit for breakfast is frozen.

The disadvantage is that the location is very remote. It takes at least half an hour to take a taxi to places like Jiangnan. There are subway stations nearby. There are subway tracks nearby, so some room types will have the sound of cars passing by at night.
