Comfortable bed, clean room. Toiletries besides shampoo and body wash cost 3000 won for 2. You can also rent a chromecast for the TV or watch local channels. Staff at front desk is helpful.

The hotel was easy to find and well maintained. However, we intentionally booked a hotel to use the treadmill and was utterly disappointed to find out that both treadmills were spoilt and unavailable for use. There was also no airconditioning as the hotel staff explained that it was cold enough in autumn. Hence, we turned off the heater and opened the windows.

I stayed Suwon Homes Stay for 4 nights. The location is immediately located right opposite to the KBS and it provides easy access to almost everything - from supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. The room was enough for one person. It was more like a business hotel and so the services provided were limited. For instance, they couldn't assist in making reservations. Heard that they have a laundry room and a gym, but I didn't use them. The parking space was quite limited and should have more space for hotel guests. Anyway, it was overall a satisfactory stay and I may choose this hotel if I come to Suwon again.

I stayed here for a sad reason so the location suited the occasion. It's not the middle of town and a bit isolated but it was clean and convenient.

I had to stay with Nampyeong for a night, so I made a same-day reservation! The room I first received was a back alley view, so the view wasn't that great, but the bread I changed to with the cigarette smell was a front view of the hotel lobby, so I could see a lot of maple trees and it was nice:) The cigarette smell was caused by someone else, so it wasn't the hotel's fault, but I wonder how they deal with this problem~ They changed my room right away! I'm satisfied with their service^^ The water pressure was good, and there was a bidet, too. However, if you want to use the OTT, you have to rent it for 10,000 won! The parking lot is very narrow!!!

It is a bit small, but very clean, and it has a very good gym. It is not very big, but very clean and bright. It is close to the city center and there are many places to eat and bars. It is worth recommending.

The room was clean, the bedding and bathroom were clean, and the park view was nice. It was a shame that I couldn't watch OTT because it wasn't IPTV, but there was a microwave in the room and a comfortable resting area in the lobby, so the facilities were good.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. I arrived a little after 3 o'clock, checked in, took the elevator, and got off at the floor where the embankment was. Then, when I went to the room, a staff member wearing a uniform came out of the room. I wondered if they had just finished cleaning the room, so I asked if I could go in and entered. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

Because it is a new hotel, the room is very clean. The most rare thing is that there is a microwave in the room, which is really a surprise.

I stayed for two nights. It was very convenient because I could easily go anywhere by bus. There are no room card keys, so you are given a PIN code when you check in. The room was nice and clean, but even though the room temperature was over 30°C, the air conditioning didn't work and it was too hot. I wanted to use the laundry facilities, but I gave up because they only accepted QR code payment. I wish they would introduce cash payment as well. I would like to visit again if these two points are improved.

The hotel shuts off air conditioning after 10 o'clock. I had no idea it was an environmentally friendly hotel! It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Suwon City Jeongdang Station to the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars along the way! Near Starfield Suwon!

The room was not that big, but it was clean. The location was good. After checking out, I was late in picking up my luggage, so the front desk was not there, but I called and they helped me right away.

super location in terms of travel, lots of restaurants nearby, nightlife is in full swing, but the hotel is quiet. the room is not big, but comfortable, and the pillows are just perfect. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip

This hotel is very new, very clean, and the room is very quiet! I will stay here next time I come to Suwon at this price! The washing machine and dryer perform very well! The KBS campus is outside the room window, like facing a large park, full of green, very pleasant! Love it! It is my favorite window view! It is a distance from Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. We walked for more than half an hour to get there, and took a few bus stops to get there in the next few days! I think the bus fare in Korea is too expensive!
