I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

The room was so hot. I don't know if there is floor heating or how to operate it. I had to turn on the air conditioner to cool it down at night. Overall, it feels very different from domestic hotels. There are many things and it is quite complete.

It's my fault for making a reservation without knowing that it was non-cancellable and wasting a lot of money, but I didn't get any separate contact and I only used Trip's email service so far. Anyway~

Although the building is old, it is well maintained and clean, so there was no inconvenience in using it.

It's not crowded with people, so it's recommended for local sightseeing.
