On the night of the night when I was going to stay in Cheongju from Suwon, all the bus and train tickets were sold out, so I temporarily found accommodation at Suwon Station. The toilet leaked after flushing, and the shower head leaked and made a ticking sound in the middle of the night. The location of the shower head was also confusing. I was confused, but I was very grateful that I could store my luggage after checking out.

The bad thing is wall is broken and towel , bed sheet not very clean and check in time is 5pm

The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time.
The safe did not work.
The room was dark, there wasn't enough light.
The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up.
The towels are really old.
I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

An old motel near the station. The entrance door to Building B is dusty and the building is old. Also, there were only two towels for the two of us.
It was a cheap stay, but I wonder if there will be another one.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. I arrived a little after 3 o'clock, checked in, took the elevator, and got off at the floor where the embankment was. Then, when I went to the room, a staff member wearing a uniform came out of the room. I wondered if they had just finished cleaning the room, so I asked if I could go in and entered. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry.
The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by.
Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasnât able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

The front desk of the hotel basically speaks Japanese. The convenience store downstairs can pay with WeChat. Walk to the sunken square and then across the street there is a bus directly to Seoul. It is double-decker and very convenient. From the airport, you only need to take a bus to get there, but the fruit for breakfast is frozen.

GGuest UserThis hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot.
My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserIt was about a 7-8 minute walk from Suwon Sub-Office Station. There was an escalator at Exit 6 of the station, so it was fine to move around with a heavy suitcase. I didn't use the other exits so I don't know about them.
The front desk couldn't speak Japanese, but the check-in itself was smooth and not difficult.
The room was spacious and clean. You can easily spread out your suitcase.
I don't think there were any toothbrushes or razors so you should prepare those.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel's facilities were good and the location was good so I was very satisfied.
I highly recommend this hotel.

MMuayCTNew, clean rooms The equipment is very complete. There is amenities set for drinking water. Each floor has a central microwave. and a water dispenser, including coffee and tea, set to brew as you please. The staff are lovely and polite. In front of the campground there is a convenience store, 5 minutes' walk and 7-11. Cross the main road to the bus stop, very convenient. Or take the underground subway line for about 15 minutes and take 2 stops to get off at Suwon station. Recommended. Loei, there are a lot of restaurants around.
P.S. I recommend a kimchi soup restaurant. It's very delicious. The owner makes it himself and is extremely kind. It's a shame I went to eat there last night.

It was said that it was 4 pm to check in, but it arrived early and checked in.
It was already more than one o'clock in the afternoon. I asked if there was a delicious restaurant next to it. I was very enthusiastic about recommending it. When we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant also said that the hotel specially called and said that there were guests to eat.
When I came back, I had to take the airport bus to the airport. I was afraid that there was no place. I took the initiative to help me book a ticket on my mobile phone, and printed it out and made an appointment for the next day's taxi.
The other staff were also very enthusiastic.
The room is large, the Korean hotel room is generally small, this hotel is an exception.
The location is also good, walking distance from the Suwon District Government Subway Station.
It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the airport bus N4000 Terminal (Dongshuiyuan). About Korean won 6000-7000. About thirty yuan like this.

CCherieThe location was good and it was great to order delicious food. The room feels reasonably spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a bit inconvenient not to have Netflix, and the amenities provided are toothbrushes, which is convenient. I wasn't very happy because the vanity kit was torn apart.
The bathtub and bathroom were clean, and it was convenient because the toilets were not separate.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the Suwon Symphony Hotel. The location is very convenient, the room size is moderate, the facilities are very clean, and the service staff is very standard. I went to the front desk to ask for mineral water. Although we couldn't communicate with each other, the front desk quickly understood and gave me four more bottles of water. Check-out was also very fast. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserSuitable for business trips to Suwon. There is an airport bus right outside. Accommodation is OK, but there is no breakfast. The uncle in a black suit at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped several times, especially when taking a taxi. Uber has few cars, and local taxi apps must be registered with a local number. I also had to trouble the front desk to use Kakaot to call a car, and I just paid in cash.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.
