The location is very convenient. There are convenience stores around the hotel and many places to eat. The hygiene is okay and very clean. The front desk staff is still very warm and hospitable. However, the attitude of the restaurant staff is so bad. They always have a sullen face and act like someone else. As if you owe him, he keeps staring at you while getting breakfast, and sometimes follows you with a sullen face. It's very awkward, and there aren't many breakfast options.

The room is a bit small but adequate. Very clean. The location is very good. There is a big Starbucks downstairs. If you go out at midnight, there are several small bars where you can eat and drink beer. There is also 24/7/11. The front desk staff all speak very good English. If I go again in March, I will definitely stay here again.

The bad thing is wall is broken and towel , bed sheet not very clean and check in time is 5pm

The hotel is directly connected to Suwon Station, and the airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so the location is great. There is a department store-like AK Plaza inside the station, and there are many restaurants around Suwon Station, so you won't have to worry about food. The much-talked-about Starfield Suwon is also located next to Suwon Station, so I didn't have to worry about shopping a lot!
If you take a direct train from Seoul Station, you will arrive at Suwon Station in about 30 minutes, so I think it is an easy place to get to.
None of the staff could speak Japanese, but they could speak English. Many people were very kind and upgraded us.
If I have a chance to go to Suwon again, I would like to use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The front desk of the hotel basically speaks Japanese. The convenience store downstairs can pay with WeChat. Walk to the sunken square and then across the street there is a bus directly to Seoul. It is double-decker and very convenient. From the airport, you only need to take a bus to get there, but the fruit for breakfast is frozen.

No unpleasant smell.
However, the fridge looked like it needed to be cleaned, as the mildew was growing inside.
The room size was perfect for 2 people.
The city view was very nice.
The staff were courteous.

I go to a lot of accommodations, and it's the best value for money. It's the best I've stayed. However, one thing that is disappointing is that I stayed two nights in a row and had two different rooms. In both rooms, the bathroom drain did not drain, so the floor was filled with water from the Han River. That is a fatal flaw, so if you fix this, I will use it every time. Oh, and my boyfriend, who I stayed with, reacted to the volume buttons on the remote control. I'm complaining that it's too slow. Please fix this. Oh, I like the styler so much that I'm even willing to buy it.

GGuest UserIt was about a 7-8 minute walk from Suwon Sub-Office Station. There was an escalator at Exit 6 of the station, so it was fine to move around with a heavy suitcase. I didn't use the other exits so I don't know about them.
The front desk couldn't speak Japanese, but the check-in itself was smooth and not difficult.
The room was spacious and clean. You can easily spread out your suitcase.
I don't think there were any toothbrushes or razors so you should prepare those.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel's facilities were good and the location was good so I was very satisfied.
I highly recommend this hotel.

MMuayCTNew, clean rooms The equipment is very complete. There is amenities set for drinking water. Each floor has a central microwave. and a water dispenser, including coffee and tea, set to brew as you please. The staff are lovely and polite. In front of the campground there is a convenience store, 5 minutes' walk and 7-11. Cross the main road to the bus stop, very convenient. Or take the underground subway line for about 15 minutes and take 2 stops to get off at Suwon station. Recommended. Loei, there are a lot of restaurants around.
P.S. I recommend a kimchi soup restaurant. It's very delicious. The owner makes it himself and is extremely kind. It's a shame I went to eat there last night.

When I checked in, I found a big surprise.
The front desk lady is very nice
It was said that it was 4 pm to check in, but it arrived early and checked in.
It was already more than one o'clock in the afternoon. I asked if there was a delicious restaurant next to it. I was very enthusiastic about recommending it. When we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant also said that the hotel specially called and said that there were guests to eat.
When I came back, I had to take the airport bus to the airport. I was afraid that there was no place. I took the initiative to help me book a ticket on my mobile phone, and printed it out and made an appointment for the next day's taxi.
The other staff were also very enthusiastic.
The room is large, the Korean hotel room is generally small, this hotel is an exception.
The location is also good, walking distance from the Suwon District Government Subway Station.
It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the airport bus N4000 Terminal (Dongshuiyuan). About Korean won 6000-7000. About thirty yuan like this.
There is a cafe downstairs and restaurants around. Can not go to the supermarket home plus

RRuslan_The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time.
The safe did not work.
The room was dark, there wasn't enough light.
The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up.
The towels are really old.
I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.

WWinkkamWe book this hotel near to stadium as we were going to watch a basketball match. Location good and many restaurants were right behind the hotel and opens till late.
We stayed one night, the bath tub needs an upgrading but the bed were good to sleep on.
