Location is perfect, in the ceneter of city close to the river and beautiful area. Many luxery houses and school next to the hotel. I also liked a service, hotel workers were kind. What i didn't like: Breakfast is not super. I didn't like a room, it was dirty when we arrived, a smell of cigarettes, cigarette ash in the bathroom. You can hear everything that happens in the next room, literally holding a candle all night for one couple.

The room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper has worked really hard! It is very quiet, a good choice for business trips, and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the Meituan guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

Great location, just outside subway station and across the street from Suzhou Central Mall. The staff was superb, particularly a young male staff (didn’t get his name) that tried his best to accomodate our request with a mix of English and Mandarin. Him alone made our stay 5 stars. The breakfast was a new experience to us with a chinese style breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. And there was a fountain show just outside the hotel every night. The only lacking parts was they don’t have coffee and spoon in the room (only tea)

The room was very nice and clean, but I went to live alone. First of all, the air conditioner was turned off at 5 am. I don’t know what’s going on. Secondly, it was soundproof. At 5 am, someone’s cough scared me to death. I don’t know if the corridor is not soundproof or the room is not separated, but it’s scary for me alone.

The hotel was lovey and within a 7 min walk to a metro station. Restaurants are a easy 20 mins walk away. The hotel is new so the amenities and the rooms were clean and orderly. The bathroom was clean with really good hot water. The receptionist Xioa Taozi and her colleagues were helpful and kind with inquiries during the stay. Would recommend the hotel to others!

The room was nice and big but they didn’t provide me with bath towels on the first night just hand towels. The wall has few scratches and marks and the window was really difficult to close. A fine hotel, nothing special.

We stayed in hotel for 2 nights and it was rather controversial experience. The hotel is about half an hour away by taxi from the city centre, in a new district. Regardless the new looking building inside the hotel was a bit shabby, especially the only elevator. The room design looked a bit unpractical – a long room with lack of plugs, inconvenient light switches and very small bathroom, where the door damaged by water at the bottom occupies a lot of free space. The air conditioner didn’t work quite well, only when we set it to 28C then it started working, but it didn’t help because it turned off in 10-15 minutes and didn’t switch back till morning. It was very cold in the room at night. Apparently, the window isolation was very poor. The good side of the hotel was a nice breakfast with delicious dishes of Chinese cuisine of high quality. Taking into account price/quality ratio the hotel is definitely overpriced.
