I recently stayed 1 night at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is new, modern, and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and helpfulness made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Whether it was providing recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, their attention to detail and genuine care was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great facilities, but for the outstanding service that made my stay unforgettable.

I highly recommend Yinxiang Yisu Inn! The location was excellent very conveniently located in 光前街. Lots of shops and food around. Very friendly staff and cozy room. Help to receive my taobao delivery and once i reached the place everything was consolidated and passed to me. The owner even came to greet me at my room and gave me a 糯米团 as snack. Also give me some 苏州攻略 since its my first time here. Very helpful! On my last day, he even personally helped me bring my luggage to the Didi car. Sucha wonderful stay!

Pingjiang Road is very close to this hotel, as well as the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Museum. It's only a few hundred meters to the subway station, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it. There is free coffee and snacks downstairs, and the service is also very good. The lady at the front desk is super nice and considerate. Thank you again 🙏 Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high. I'm very satisfied. I recommend everyone to check in and come again next time you come to Suzhou! (In addition, if you can't get used to sweet Suzhou cuisine, there is a Chongqing Malatang downstairs that's not bad hahahahahahahahaha)
