Had a wonderful time with the two young kids and elderly parents at the new establishment.

Nitty gritty details are the hotel is second to none . The overarching facilities are crème de la crème. There is no place better than here. It’s an ideal place for business conferences, family gatherings, and ad hoc event for nuptial anniversary, connubial ceremony. The place is very beautiful, in a nutshell, the experience is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious !

This is not really a four seasons service! I tried four seasons hotel in HK, US and also in EU, this time I had a very bad service experience! One waitress booked me a table when I went for my breakfast, after I came back to the table with some food, there're five guys try to take my table and one of the hotel waiter in suit was even helping them for doing so! I sat down and 10 minutes later the same waiter came back said they made a mistake that I did come earlier than the 5 guys… So, you down even know how to manage your table in "four seasons" hotel? I get even much better service in a 700rmb Marriott hotel!

The hotels vibe is really good ..but the price I think is too high …I think they should add some activities for the guests like afternoon tea in that price ..it will make the stay more exciting..the breakfast was the best

I rarely write reviews, but we had such a lovely stay here I wanted to let everyone know! Service, food, location, amenities - EVERYTHING was awesome. Special mention for Penny at the front desk who made our arrival and stay so much smoother and easier than any other family trip I have had in China, if not anywhere.

🩵Every day is a good day when you stay in Four Seasons. You will be happy all the time. There are beautiful pictures with details every day. The nine-square grid is not enough to post. The Internet celebrity swimming pool must not be missed. The service is very considerate. After checking in, we were sent to the room. The room is clean and tidy. There are many activities in the hotel. You can have fun for two whole days without leaving the hotel. 🩵Welcome tea at the front desk: Summer drinks are refreshing and wonderful. 🩵Welcome fruit: Fresh seasonal fruit is a good companion in summer. 🩵Children under 18 enjoy free sofa beds: 10-year-old children have extra beds, which are super comfortable. There are also children's welcome cakes and children's room cards. The children are very happy to be valued. 🩵Facilities: The swimming pool is perfect and the children's paradise is very attentive.

Hygiene: very clean and tidy Environment: quiet and comfortable, the room soundproofing is still very good. Service: everyone is very friendly I stayed for 6 days and was comfortable and happy every day. The hotel has enough space for activities. Just cycling and swimming make the children have fun! The children's play area is also very good. The breakfast is of high quality and has many choices! It ends at 11 o'clock, which is great~ The restaurant in the lobby has few choices but is delicious. For the Chinese restaurant, you can make an appointment at the front desk, but I personally don't recommend it. I went to eat with my children and ordered three dishes. I was full and the last one was not served. The dishes that came up after urging twice were cold, and I had to wait for a long time to pay the bill! This meal was very impressive, and the two tables next to it were in the same situation. They were all waiting...Except for this, everything else was good! It was a very pleasant stay experience. I will go with my family of three next time!

This is the newest hotel by Suzhou Jinji Lake. On the lakeside island, I came with full expectations. Sun Hung Kai Properties, good decoration materials, excellent environment, the hotel has only five floors, it is a flat layout, you have to walk everywhere. The most worthwhile outdoor infinity pool sunset, because it is only open until October, only until 8:30 pm, so it is a very precious experience to see it. The pizza by the pool actually provides five kinds of chili sauces. Four seasons really have a pursuit of food! Breakfast is neither good nor bad. I like the juicy dumplings and egg tarts the most. They are also layered and crispy. The toppings are good. The price of Chinese food is not cheap, at least 500 per person, and I fell into a dilemma when I opened the menu. Many dishes are creative dishes and Kung Fu dishes. Although they are expensive, they are very amazing. For example: Night Scented Flower Qiankun Zaofang, subvert your imagination. The Chinese restaurant should give a thumbs up to Chef Zhang Xiaocheng. The service of each department of this hotel is very good. The lake view room was well worth it.

I stayed at Four Seasons with my parents and upgraded the original lake view room. The view on the 6th floor is really great. It was also very comfortable to ride in the evening, looking at Jinji Lake and enjoying the breeze. The hotel also gave me a travel photography service, which was a good experience and the photos were great. The photo editing style of the Jinghong travel photographer was quite natural, and I was attracted to it. I also went to the spa in the evening and got a 600 yuan coupon. The agarwood essential oil smelled very good. The overall stay experience was very good, and the emotional value given by the service staff was in place, but the quality of the toothbrush needs to be improved.

Friendly and moderate, but not too abrupt. Maybe it's just some small details that are paid attention to, but it is a very important impression in the hearts of guests. The lake view of Four Seasons is very beautiful, and the sunrise and sunset are both amazing. I recommend the lake view room, which is refreshing and relieves stress.
