Photos are nicer than actual but it’s a cute family run type villa. Kids enjoyed running around the whole place with free arcade. Service is where they earn my 5 star points, they do try their best to fulfill all our requests.

Nice hotel . Good for family stay .

I made this trip for my family to have a nice and quiet escape from the city to enjoy the Spring festival and it was a brilliant idea. It is situated in the middle of lake Taihu and not so far away from Suzhou city center either. Very peaceful environment and extremely friendly staffs, highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice and quiet relaxing moments with family.

The B&B is located on the edge of Taihu Lake, with great views, especially at sunset. The staff are also very nice and can help you immediately if you have any questions. It is very pleasant to enjoy the view on the public terrace on the third floor. The service facilities are also very good! !

A Xishan B&B hotel that I had been interested in for a long time. Before departure, the housekeeper added WeChat, sent the location, reminded me kindly, and picked up the car in advance. We arrived at the destination smoothly. It was really as expected. There was a white villa close to the lake. The surroundings were quite quiet. The three guys were polite and thoughtful. They felt at home. There were iced coffee and fruits. I specially made an appointment with Yumo Travel Photography. The photographer Mr. Hao has excellent professional quality. The sun was good in the morning and the temperature was relatively high. I sweated profusely and gave various poss instructions. A group of lakeside blockbusters came to my eyes. Special thanks! The only drawback is that if the outdoor lakeside environment is trimmed and cleaned up, the experience will be further enhanced. There are also many bicycles that are not in good condition. It would be great if they can be repaired in time! Of course, these also require self-discipline of our tourists. No matter where you go, take the store as your home, and the feeling brought to everyone who travels will be even better!

Located by the lake, the venue is relatively large and suitable for team building. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is relatively shallow and suitable for children to swim. Because it is close to the lake and there is a yacht dock, the paddle board can be easily launched into the water. I paddled in the lake for more than an hour. The sunset is very beautiful, and there are many people watching the sunset around. Overall, it is good, playing in the water in summer, and you can set up a canopy when it is cooler in autumn.

Facilities: I booked VIP6, with a 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window, a round private swimming pool on the balcony, and bathroom supplies from Bulgari and Dyson hair dryers. These can match the price! Sanitation: The windows, countertops, and floors are all very clean, but there are spider webs on the top of the room, and there are wet wallpapers in two corners. There are some defects, and the water is very slow when taking a shower. Service: This is beyond words! Although the hotel staff are all young guys, their way of doing things is grand and mature. When I first stayed at the hotel, a small episode happened (the car was parked and scratched by the owner of the rental battery car). The staff immediately stopped them and asked me to come down to see the situation. At the same time, they retrieved the surveillance. The whole process was finally perfectly negotiated. This is also inseparable from the responsibility and professionalism of the hotel staff. Great, great! ! ! ! When we checked out, the boss gave us loquat honey as a gift, which was great. Next time I come to Taihu, I must stay here
