I just checked out the hotel 2 days ago. The location of this hotel is at Sujin Subway Station. Subway is 2-4 mins walk to the hotel and there is escalator. No worries if carry big luggage. Hotel is very new, clean and their breakfast is yummy. Provided Free-laundry services including detergent and dry cleaning. While waiting for our clothes, we have a drink at the coffee area. They provide freshly brew coffee, and 2 types of teas. Drink as you wish. Room is big with comfortable bed. Ask 小度 for help when we are lazy to close curtain, off lights, play us songs and …etc . Staffs are very friendly. Just ask them if need anything. One morning I was siting at the lobby, he saw me and served me warm red dates drink. It was cold outside. Hotel is one station from Suzhou Railway Station and 2 stations to nearby attractions like Lion Grove Garden, Museum, Shan Tang Jie and many more. It is very convenient. Too bad that something happened to the main power supply. They moved us to their chain hotel near Le Qiao station. Food wise, there is one restaurant next to hotel and Wallace burger n fried Chicken and a fried rice stall at the Sujin subway exit. But if compared to LeQiao hotel. There are plenty of food, convenient stores available even after midnight. Sujin area is very quiet and peaceful. LeQiao area is very happening but subway escalators are not available for going down to the subway. Have to carry my big luggage all the way. There is no lift available. Overall, I love both hotels. We had a great time and memories. Photos are from Sujin’s hotel.

Wonderful gracious staff & great accommodations! Really good restaurant right next door to the hotel, plus other eateries nearby. The subway/train was also just steps away from the hotel. No disappointments. I'd definitely book this Suzhou Home Inn Plus again! :-)

Great Hotel tho there were so some issues with checking in because of our foreign passports. Location is fine, next to a metro station but not particularly central. Rooms were nice and modern and there's free coffee in the lobby.

There was construction going on right outside so it was a bit hard to find. Rooms were larger than I expected and it was very clean. One young female staff member was super cheery and helpful. It’s pretty close to the Suzhou rail station so that is helpful as well

The room is clean, the appliances are voice controlled, and the stay is quite comfortable. It's a good experience. I will continue to book next time I come to Suzhou.

Good service attitude, good location, the subway station is right at the door. The car can be parked until the evening to pick it up. The room facilities are also very good, clean and tidy. The food is delivered by robots.

The experience was very good. Even though we encountered Typhoon Bebejia during the trip, we stayed in the hotel for a day and didn't feel anything. The washing machine and dryer downstairs were also very good! There is also a refrigerator in the room, and the water in it is still ice-cold. I asked for many bottles of mineral water and they were given to me. I was very satisfied. Line 4 and Line 6 are not far from tourist attractions, which is convenient for travel!

Hygiene: Clean and hygienic Service: Especially talking about this service, the front desk brother and sister are so nice😭😭When I came here to travel, I encountered a typhoon and there were no umbrellas. The front desk sister gave us two for free. I was really shocked! The human care is very thoughtful. I recommend staying here and will come again next time

The geographical environment is convenient. After getting off at Suzhou Station, Metro Line 4 goes directly to the hotel. The surrounding area is quiet in the bustling city. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and fruit stores. The hotel service staff is warm and hospitable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the takeaway is delivered to the door by a robot. I will give priority to it next time I travel!

I looked at many hotels on Ctrip and found this one to be the best. It turned out to be true after I came here: the service staff was very gentle and patient, the hotel and the facilities in the room were better than in the pictures, and the food was also very delicious. I stayed there for 5 nights in a row. I will recommend it to my friends who come to Suzhou~

The hotel environment is good and the location is very good. It is just a few steps from Exit 5 of Metro Line 4. It is very convenient to go to major attractions, subways, and taxis. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's laundry room has six washing and drying machines, which is very friendly to us who love cleanliness.

The kids like it very much and don't want to leave. They said they will stay in this hotel next time they travel. It is convenient to go anywhere as there is a subway entrance. The room can be controlled by smart remote control.
