The staff were friendly and helpful.Hotel has.a beautiful playground for kids. Swimming pool has.the kids and adult section. If you are traveling with your family, then this hotelis the best option. Can cook your own food and rooms have wahing machines. Breakfast needs improvement, more western food will just be ideal.

The room is really beautiful, clean, tidy and very comfortable! I booked a family room. The design of one bedroom and one living room allowed me to have a quiet area even when the children were noisy. The configuration in the room was also very considerate. The apartment is pretty good~ very new and clean~ the air conditioner, refrigerator and washing machine are all very useful. The staff are all young and the service is very good. The Zizhi Garden is quite beautiful and you can feed the fish. The red soup noodles in Suzhou are really good~ you can order takeout to the lobby. There are charging stations on the LG floor. The room was large and very clean. I was upgraded to a family suite, but the so-called suite was just a short single bed. The elderly couldn't sleep. They called me before and asked me about my room requirements. I said I didn't want the first and last rooms. I called and told them that it was OK. and said that there are no head and tail rooms here. As a result, there are two rooms, one at the head and one at the tail. I asked the front desk guy if this room type only has head and tail rooms. He said no. I didn’t understand. The whole apartment did not have any services. I saw no service staff. They won't say hello to you, as if they can't see you. No matter how high the breakfast plates are, no one will come to collect them. You can only collect them yourself. The so-called children's playground looks quite big, but many things are broken and missing. At 10:30, there were still three employees sweeping the floor in the ocean ball pool. They were cleaning violently and almost injured themselves. Even after the children who were playing reminded them, they continued to clean. Shouldn't the cleaning be done before opening the door and then closing the door? During the rest of the time, there are no service staff in the children's paradise. The children's cinema told me that movies are only shown on weekends. I would rather leave the room with the lights on than show a movie. The swimming pool is too cold to swim. It can be a famous hotel for casual accommodation or it can be used as a family hotel. It was indeed very disappointing. I asked if it was good after leaving just for a good review, but I couldn't give it a score. If it's not good, it's not good.

I originally booked for one day, but I was so satisfied that I extended my stay. When we checked in, the lady Bixia at the front desk was very enthusiastic, upgraded us to a larger room, and helped us bring our luggage up. The room was big and very clean.
