回家兩天了，對悦柳仍然念念不忘🌟悦榕莊旗下，就在悦榕莊旁邊用餐園林與悦榕共享愉悦，很值很舒服，很新，很開心每年都出差到陽澄湖，這是我最最滿意的一間感謝所有工作人員Magic等熱情和關心服務。

新開的奢華度假酒店、房間處理的很好 沒有啥味道 硬件很好，都是可見的國際一線大牌，有私湯 可以坐船入住、很有特色

優點：
衞生、環境、這是很不錯。買的套餐含悦榕莊的下午茶，下午茶很漂亮，大堂也很美，但是空調開的太足了，超級超級冷。
雖然颱風剛走，園子裏很多樹倒下了，但能看得出園景是經過精心設計的，鴨子不怕人，很喜歡上岸，小朋友很喜歡，玩的超級開心。
前台給升級成了禪意房型，房間裏面硬件沒得説。
缺點：
1、新開的，房間味道不小，剛入睡的時候略微有點嗓子疼，還帶這孩子，有點不安；
2、所有的公共空間空調開的太低，户外25、6度，室內可能也就20度；
3、9月21日入住，碰上有企業開會，全程鬧哄哄，最坑的是湘菜那個餐廳被包了，不允許非會議的其他客人用餐。打電話給前台，反正就是無法解決，讓我們要麼去悦榕莊的粵菜吃，要麼去周圍的農家樂；
4、在出行前兩天接到電話，説是因為颱風原因無法入住，但我留意到周邊其他酒店都開，就這家説不可抗力原因入住不了。經過幾輪電話改期協調沒達成一致，又改口説可以入住，但是因為颱風導致園景觀賞、服務會受到影響。去入住看到會議包場，才反應過來，前期説因為颱風無法入住，衹是個説辭，真實原因大概率是因為要接待大型活動，想勸退散客。這個就有些敗好感了，有啥不能真誠來交流呢？過程中還是要感謝一下攜程方工作人員的積極協調和最終的解決方案。

酒店環境幽靜優美、房間各項設施完備、自助早餐品種豐富且品質高，等等一切硬件配置均符合悦榕標準。但與這些相比，我覺得陽澄湖悦柳酒店的服務更值得我為之點贊，從預訂到入住期間，整個過程讓我感受到了猶如賓至如歸的禮遇，實名為酒店的值班經理Janice、悦青餐廳Julia Wang、Winnie Wei、Tom Cao、大堂Zendaya Li、Kuni Han，還有泳池的兩位不知名的教練員先生點贊和表示感謝。總之入住酒店兩晚在方方面面都得到了非常好的感受。日後有機會到陽澄湖度假，還會選擇悦柳酒店。

大堂吧：去用雙人下午茶，服務的同事給了我單人份，提醒後才上
前台：問了禮賓的同事，悦柳是否有spa，回答有，走過去之後才發現沒有營業，建議加強培訓，多問一句客人是否需要使用，避免走了那麼久發現沒開業也沒人告知，體驗感就會很差
悦榕莊：五分好評給到悦榕莊的spa，但技師太年輕，是個年紀很輕的小姑娘，很瘦弱，體驗感不算最好，環境、設施符合對悦榕莊的期待，詢問前台當天是否能做項目，一開始説要預約，多次確認後才告知可以。
建議員工加強培訓

還未到酒店就接到酒店好客大使李祺打來的升級電話，三天二晚的貼心服務讓人對悦柳酒店備受好感，到明月餐廳用餐時楊經理對菜品的介紹和用餐服務讓我們感受到了專業，好酒店住過不少，但像悦柳酒店這樣的五星服務真的很少，還有隨叫隨到的王濱濱客房清掃服務同樣不打折，他們的服務配得上悦榕莊這個品牌，好服務讓人印象深刻，下次來陽澄湖還住這家酒店。

酒店9月份開業，設施設備都很新，入住前值班經理Vince打電話來詢問入住需求，貼心的幫忙佈置了房間；酒店的環境很好，漫步在園林中，可以感受到大自然的生機，酒店有8隻可愛的小鴨子；入住以後前台辦理入住效率很好，服務態度很好，由於約了拍寫真，還貼心的幫忙延遲到14點退房，還會再來！！
