When I walked in, I found the garbage from the previous stay was still there, and there were no slippers. I also stayed at Platinum last time, but the experience was not as bad as this time! When I slept at night, I felt that the sheets had not been changed, there was something like sand on them, and I felt itchy.

I came to Suzhou for a holiday this time, and finally chose to stay at the Platinum Hotel. There are too many people during holidays, but it's generally OK. The front desk staff guided us to the machine next to it, which was fast and efficient; the staff did not seem tired because of the heavy workload during the holidays, but felt full of energy 😄. When I arrived at the floor, the waiters all greeted me on holidays, which was very warm. Because I brought my children, I asked for more toiletries. After notifying, the waiter came and greeted me attentively 😁, which was very good. Later, we came back late at night and soaked our feet in the bathtub in the room, which was so comfortable.

I have always stayed at this hotel. The hotel is well maintained, cost-effective, easy to check in, large room, comfortable bed and pillow. The only drawback is that the shower drains too slowly. It is full in 2 minutes after it is turned on, and the water will flood if it is not turned off.
