not connect to public transportation and a bit too far to walk from railway station. rooms and others are perfect.

The hotel is situated at a good location, near to Suzhou Railway Station and other famous scenic areas

Struggled a bit to find the hotel entrance but had help from Chinese locals, they saw with my facial expression and luggage that I'm looking for the hotel
(Tip) after you see SF office at the corner, continue straight till you see boom gates, walk around the gates and straight, you will see the entrance or at the corner of Bank (red Bank, forgot name) again use the boom gates and you will see the hotel.
Balcony is cute but one chair concept, I don't understand. Not alot of place to store my personal belongings and mirror for makeup wasn't convenient for me.
Otherwise easy check in and check out process. Very close to both, Suzou Station and Industrial Station. And they have hotel wines, would have love to tasted them but had alot going on (not sure if they free) but there are welcome drinks and snacks in the room

Great location and spacious room. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have a free upgrade on my room type.

Amazing service from the receptionist. They even gave the welcome fruit pack and parting gift. Free room upgrade, room is spacious and clean. The only tiny concern is the room wall is a bit thin, might be able to hear the rooms next door (if they are loud). Overall we had a fantastic experience in mecure hotel in suzhou! Kudos to the team!

5 star feel hotel but at fraction of the price. Clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and approachable.

The most important thing is CLEAN! 5min walk to mrt, 10min walk to mall. A quite newly developed environment. Staffs are very friendly. Only aircond might need to do servicing. Overall super satisfy. Already recommend to my friends lol.

Staff mentioned that they provided a free upgrade of room but the room looks the same as what was reserved. Nonetheless, staff were helpful and friendly. Location is near to attractions .

The Hotel is close to the railway station so it’s very convenient. The rooms are very clean, and they provide full bottle shower gel/ shampoo and conditioner. The hotel staff was very kind to allow us to check out late without any compensation. Their breakfast is great with a variety of Western and Asian cuisines. Checking in for international guests is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful regardless of language differences. 🥰 I’d definitely recommend it!

Thank you to Lucy who speaks English and helped us and checked on us a lot. Hotel is clean, modern, and in a good location. Train station is nearby and several malls nearby as well. Breakfast buffet is good with Chinese and Western choices, and good coffee. We also got a welcome gift of fruit and another small gift when we left! Highly recommend staying here!
