Quit new, clean and quiet hotel. Not far from all sight sides and real station. Service personal is very kind.

Hotel is a 5min walk to the nearest train station and not located near any of the tourist attractions.. the hotel lobby is on a side entrance of a building that looks like its a pretty empty mall or office building. Slightly confusing. Room is spacious and clean. Do note that the room has automated curtains that can possibly malfunction and close on its own in the middle of the night.

Good location, the hotel is quite clean and the room is ok. Breakfast could be improved, for instance offering omelet and more nuts and cereals. The hotel has a private free parking, very convenient for those going there by car. The staff can't speak english, but we can communicate through wechat.

It was excellent stay in the Hotel!!!The staff was friendly and helpfull, location is good, very сlose to metro station and landmarks. The hotel and room design is enteligent, I really enjoy stay in the hotel.

Hotel room spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were caught by typhoon and got to to stay in hotel whole day, as we’re not local so we not sure how to order food delivery and hotel staff aware of our situation and provided us with free food. We are deeply touched by their kind gesture. Will definitely come back again.

Few mins walk to metro station. Breakfast varieties are good and room is clean. Also satisfied with how hotel handled our request. We had a good stay!

not connect to public transportation and a bit too far to walk from railway station. rooms and others are perfect.

Want to thank Niki for helping us so much. In fact, all the staff were very helpful and the hotel was great.

The hotel is situated at a good location, near to Suzhou Railway Station and other famous scenic areas Foreigner friendly place Good buffet of breakfast

Struggled a bit to find the hotel entrance but had help from Chinese locals, they saw with my facial expression and luggage that I'm looking for the hotel (Tip) after you see SF office at the corner, continue straight till you see boom gates, walk around the gates and straight, you will see the entrance or at the corner of Bank (red Bank, forgot name) again use the boom gates and you will see the hotel. Balcony is cute but one chair concept, I don't understand. Not alot of place to store my personal belongings and mirror for makeup wasn't convenient for me. Otherwise easy check in and check out process. Very close to both, Suzou Station and Industrial Station. And they have hotel wines, would have love to tasted them but had alot going on (not sure if they free) but there are welcome drinks and snacks in the room

Great location and spacious room. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have a free upgrade on my room type.

Amazing service from the receptionist. They even gave the welcome fruit pack and parting gift. Free room upgrade, room is spacious and clean. The only tiny concern is the room wall is a bit thin, might be able to hear the rooms next door (if they are loud). Overall we had a fantastic experience in mecure hotel in suzhou! Kudos to the team!
