I am so disappointed in this hotel owners
Because i mistakenly book the hotel
I thought it was near my place but it was so far away
So i canceled tge booking
The platform accepted it but the hotel rejected it
I tried to talk to them so bad but yet they didnt feel any pity towards me and refuse to refund my money
While i didn't even went to the hotel and i canceled the booking soon as i booked . 🙁 totally disappointed

The cleanliness was poor. There were even bugs in the room.
When we arrived, we had to call because there was nobody. I couldn't understand that good, since we're not Chinese. When I asked them to repeat slow, they started yelling at me the room number quickly, until they finally said it slower. So no one received use, they just let the door opened, the key didn't even worked.
Even when they say it has luggage storage, they tell you to leave your things on the hall but no one will look after it. It's your responsibility. That's not luggage storage.
We have travelled around China and I've been leaving here for months and this is the worst hotel I've been in. Not recommended. The only thing good in there is the location and for that, there's another hotel at the bottom of the building with much nicer personnel.

Finding the hotel was cumbersome and the check in process was nonexistent. Thankfully my girlfriend speaks Chinese. When we called the number, they just gave us a room number to go to. The room was just okay.

The Hotel has weird policies , I mistakenly book this hotel , i realize on 6:15pm that I mistakenly when I phone call to the front desk they rejected my cancellation request, I would recommend this hotel due to weird policies and unfriendly front desk staff .

A great location just 5 minutes walk from Suzhou railway station and old town was easily accessible by metro. But, the amenities and room were average. The bathroom was a disaster! Clogged drainage and toilet, cockroaches inside! Phew!

Terrible room , dirty . I could not even sleep in the room and had to look for another place to sleep in . It’s difficult to find, do not consider this accommodation.

Very dissatisfied with this homestay, it is dirty and messy, the attitude is extremely bad, the hangers are crooked, the sofa is broken, the bedside table is very dirty, and the toilet seat is a circle smaller. I sincerely recommend that you don't stay here. It is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The owner of this apartment hotel upgraded the room for me last night👊 The facilities are very complete👏 Although there are only towels but no bath towels... But I brought unopened bath towels from Nanchang LOFT Hotel👊 The laundry detergent leaked from the back... Only 4 drops could be squeezed out (the cleaning lady didn't pay attention when placing it) Because there was a washing machine but no dryer, the jeans and socks were not dry, so I stayed a little longer when I checked out in the afternoon... Thank you for your understanding👊 This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Suzhou Station (1 traffic light🚦) I haven't been back to China for 5 years. I just came back from the United States less than a year ago. I speak more directly. Thank you for your understanding👊 I stayed at Qingji Hotel in March, April and May...
