Good location at the hub of tourist street. Walking distance to subway. Receptionist and staff were helpful, courteous and supportive. Previous tenants might be smoking in the room despite were non smoking room stated, we asked for another room and we got it immediately.
Overall people are good, had a wonderful stay, recommended and will return to Suzhou JI hotel again

Loved the trip! Front desk people are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and located very conveniently for us. Would definitely recommend.

Very cosy room. Pretty small. There is no cupboard in my room but has a sad panel to hang my coat and things. Location is at the food street area. They tv has streaming channels. You just need to google translate the remote if you cannot read chinese.

Hotel location is good, room is clean, but the entire corridor smells like hotpot

This is very clean. And it is located in very good place, in the middle of GUAN QUAN STREET. There are many good restaurants which are serving many SUZHOU traditional foods.

Hotel is nice and clean! Location is da best! Free Self service laundry is provided. And staffs are so friendly and welcoming. Especially 小燕子 很有耐心，也很帮忙呢！ we left our belongings and she help to check delivery for us. 谢谢。

Room had a strong smoke smell due to many visitors illegally smoking within the room. Told the staff and they took awhile to get it fixed but eventually changed a room for me. Location was really really good as it is located right above a food street. The hotel even provided free washing machine and dryers

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is located right within a lively area surrounded by many good restaurants and in a walking distance to a metro station. The hotel was clean and the service was also really good.

The hotel is amazing and the staff are all lovely and friendly. They even have a robot assistant. The photos match exactly as advertised on the website. The location is strategic. Easy access to various foods and shopping options.

The room is very small compared to to other 全季hotel. location is perfect however you need to pull your luggage to walk for long distance as the parking is 1 km away from your hotel. Overall not a good experience to stay there
