Renaissance Suzhou Wujiang Hotel Reviews

This is a very good hotel. It seems to be an unexpected gem in a very isolated part of Suzhou. I had to travel to this area to meet a family member who recently started a new job. The hotel is 1hour away from Suzhou stations. Thus, unless you have a need to be in this area, I would not recommend you staying in this hotel purely because its location is far from all the attractions of central Suzhou. However, if you are in this area and need a hotel then i would most definitely recommend this one. The staff were friendly and spoke english. The hotel buffet was very good, with enough options to satisfy both western and eastern stomachs. I would recommend this hotel to someone intending to stay in this area. Note: This hotel had a kids play area that came in handy and offered great entertainment for my son and I

It's a gorgeous hotel. Lovely view, the rooms have both the bath tub and shower which were amazing. Room service is good but the location isn't close to alot of touristy places. If you want to relax, take walks and not be a tourist it's a good place for that. The food was delicious and there was a variety provided which is good. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help.

Every time is best

I took my parents to Wujiang on the weekend and chose this Renaissance Hotel. It is located at the southernmost tip of Suzhou, very close to Jiaxing and Huzhou in Zhejiang. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive from Shanghai... The hotel has good facilities in all aspects, with underground parking, large rooms, wide views, advanced equipment, and a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a group purchase buffet on weekend nights, which is quite cost-effective, and the breakfast variety is also rich. There are several ancient towns around the hotel that are not far away by car, such as Zhenze Ancient Town, Lili Ancient Town, and Nanxun Ancient Town. There is a large comprehensive shopping mall near the hotel, and there is a park opposite. You can see the musical fountain on Saturday night. Overall, I am quite satisfied. It is still good to go there for a holiday during holidays!

The room facilities are complete, and we were upgraded to a lake view room for free. Shirley at the front desk was warm and considerate, and the hotel lobby is quite large. This stay was a good experience. I will come again.

It was my first time to visit Shengze. I didn't expect there would be a Renaissance hotel. After arriving at the lobby, I found that there were many small ingenuities in the hotel. There was actually a small exhibition room on the first floor that displayed silkworm craftsmanship, which was very unique. The hotel front desk also enthusiastically introduced the museum (called Taihu Snow, which is not too far from the hotel, half an hour away) and surrounding attractions (there is a botanical park with a lake opposite). The service was warm and the lobby decoration was grand and comfortable. It was a very relaxing hotel.

I drove all the way to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I chose this hotel for a transition because of the Renaissance brand. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The decoration of the hotel lobby is eye-catching, the blue and white color is bright and beautiful, and there is also a children's playground inside. It's great to have a cool place to take the kids in the summer! The entire hotel service staff is very enthusiastic and responds to needs in a timely manner. I recommend it.

After looking around on Ctrip, it should be the best hotel in Shengze. Facilities: What is surprising is the large bathtub in the room. The bathtubs in general hotels are either small or short. There is no need to worry about the bathtub in this hotel. It is highly praised. I also want to install one at home (forgot to take a photo); the bed is super comfortable to sleep on, and the air conditioner is super cold and cool when you enter the room! Environment: The lake view is first-class. I strongly recommend the lake view room. When you enter the room and see the lake view outside the floor-to-ceiling window, you will feel refreshed and all your fatigue will be swept away. Service: Let me talk about the service again. I came to Shengze for a trip and stayed in this hotel for the first time. As soon as the car entered the hotel gate, the security guard guided me to the garage to park. When I entered the lobby, the concierge came to help me carry my luggage and took me to the front desk to check in. The check-in speed was also very fast! Shirley and Kensi at the front desk were so enthusiastic, and Molly sent me to the elevator, which was really considerate. The room was also very clean and tidy, and the room was very soundproof. The hotel is old, it doesn’t matter, the software keeps up, the shower room is seriously flooded, and the water is accumulated in it the next day. It may be a small place with little choice, but you have seriously affected the image of the group. Although it is a subsidiary hotel, it is not that there are problems that will not happen in a fast hotel in your hotel. The physical feeling is very bad. Ctrip also helped to contact them.
