The service was great and the environment was beautiful and tranquil. My only complaint is the noise, when we were in our room we could very clearly hear people walking and speaking in the halls that wasn't great for a peaceful sleep environment. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection and the garden was something cool to do as an activity.

The best stay over my entire China itinerary! Very well maintained compound and room. Near to metro station and in fact it's attached to a tourism spot - 盘门. The hotel itself is as good as a tourist spot, no joke!! Very good hospitality, specifically from XingYu and XuHeng. Good spread of breakfast as well! I would come back to SuZhou just to visit this hotel again! I am just out of words how good this stay experience is.

Everything about this hotel is great. The stay itself is an attraction. Rooms and surroundings are stunning. Was impressed all the way from the outside to the interior. Breakfast was decent but not the best.

2nd stay here! Was really contemplating if I should stay here because when I first stayed last year, the room was really old. I think they refurbished it. It looks better now! I love the room this time. Was surprised to find a fridge, microwave and sink inside. Pan pacific suzhou is an attraction by itself. With unlimited access to pan men, this is really a perfect stay if you are planning on taking a leisure trip. A little further from the main tourist sites but still doable. I'm really happy the rooms are now renovated!! Service was also great!! Everyone was eager to help. Will be back a third time. Breakfast was so so though. Not really worth in my opinion. Just go eat Rui Noodle Restaurant that can also be found within the hotel.

Such a majestic place, the hotel itself is a place to explore. Fantastic service. Spacious room.

The hotel room was huge and it comes with a bathtub too. You will also be able to visit “pan men” for free if you are staying at this hotel. You will get to enjoy the attractions as there are less people as compared to the other popular garden in Suzhou

I had an outstanding experience at Pan Pacific SuZhou.The hotel left a very good impression from the moment we arrived, with its warm atmosphere and attentive staff. We received excellent service throughout our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special shoutout to 张璐瑶Mia, who was incredibly helpful and guided us on booking of train with ease and also helping us with our luggage. Her knowledge and willingness to assist made our stay so much smoother, and we truly appreciated her dedication. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing escape. The amenities were top-notch, and every interaction with the staff left us feeling valued. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience !

nice location and lovely environment, friendly service too. only thing that could be improved is regarding the sharing of locations of amenities such as the gym, etc. and the complimentary gifts included with my booking as we were not told of anything regarding where these were or how we could book/redeem such gifts. however, it was overall a really nice hotel and would book again!

Pan pacific suzhou was one of the best hotels I have stayed in due to the ambience of the surroundings. Feels like in a palace.

It’s not a good experience to stay here. We had booked a balcony room to view the scenery but outside is under renovation and just right beside our balcony. The renovation starts at every morning 9am. It’s really disturbing and annoying.

This hotel is very beautiful. When we checked in, we got many conveniences such as excellent breakfast, convenient location. I was very impressed and will go back again.
