👥 Staff is super friendly and helpful
📍The location is great, near from the subway, Pingjiang Rd and railway station
🛏️ The bed and pillows are comfortable and cozy
🚭The “bad” part: I booked a nonsmoking room, but the room that I had smelled like somebody smoke some minutes before 🥴 (750) In addition, only one of the contacts (European style) has energy
The carpet needs to be cleaned, it has stains in several areas and looks bad

The hotel has a vintage charm, though showing signs of age. However, its remarkable soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay. With a prime location, exploring the city is convenient. On the downside, guests should note that food deliveries require collection from the lobby.

I highly recommend The Wyndham Garden Suzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's an excellent choice for business travelers, couples, and families alike. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice and helpful staff at reception and concierge. Very nice staff at the breakfast which is tasty . The hotel itself could do with some upkeep.. Bathroom fittings and basic wear and tear of flooring needs looking into.

A lovely weekend stay. Easy walk from Leqiao Metro Station. Staff are all very helpful despite language barrier. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, BIG bathtub. Many small shops and fast/casual restaurants in easy walking distance. Would recommend and stay again!

Great Hotel very close to the city center, PingJiangLu and the gardens. Decoration is already quite some years old.

i stay in this hotel for night, its an expensive hotel, the room i stay dont have wibdow to open, the staff and service are nice , they can speak english. but its expensive .

There is no swimming pool I specifically picked this hotel because the trip app says it has a pool the guy showed us on a different app in full Chinese no swimming pool

Staff are very good , welcoming everyone , check in and checkout was very fast and easy way , all the team are cooperating, Ms.kathrine on front desk was very kind to guide us doing Covid-19 test.
The breakfast was great , the setting area is very comfortable , great location as well.
Strongly recommended this hotel and plan to stay for my next trip to Suzhou as well
