Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

It was a perfect place for solo travelers! I like the swimming pool area! There’s also a play area for kids!

It’s a hotel with good location not far from shopping centre, Bar street and underground monorail. Cleaning to the room done daily, and the room is reasonably cleaned. Breakfast is the same everyday but the choice are quite reasonable.

My stay at the New City Grand Rezen Hotel was a memorable one. I was celebrating my birthday and had asked the hotel to decorate the room and such. They did an excellent job and even got me a cake. The hotel is of a modern design and very clean. The front desk staff are very accommodating and very respectful. The amenities are great, the ambiance of the hotel is great. I only wish the location of the hotel was in a central location.

My friends and I booked two twin bedrooms to stay for one night. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, most of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that a Chinese guest was taking photos of us (foreigners) in the swimming pool, even though we told her to stop. We reported her to the life guards since there's a rule that says 'No Photography'. They did absolutely nothing to the woman, who took many pictures of us in our swimsuits, and was even laughing with her. We complained to the manager who did absolutely nothing... no checking the cameras, no penalizing the guest. He simply believed the lady as if she was the only paying guest. If you're a foreigner, beware of the pool area.

This is the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in. It meets all the elements that children like, including playgrounds, water play, cinemas, rich breakfast, and special praise for the front desk service! ! The service is very thoughtful. They sent takeaway three times in the evening. Thank you very much. The staff of the children's playground are also very friendly. They also gave us a small gift when we checked out. ^_^ Thank you to the tallest brother in a white shirt at the front desk. He carried our suitcases all the way to the car. I went to Suzhou on a business trip and wanted to take my children there for two days. I looked at many hotels and finally decided to stay at New Town Garden. Although the hotel is an old-fashioned five-star hotel, the service is really great, especially the front desk staff, who are very kind and attentive. After checking in, they set up an exclusive group for us. We communicated in the group about any matters and received timely responses. They also upgraded our room type for free. After breakfast, we went to the movies and went swimming after the movie. The hotel also has a super large naughty castle. The weather was hot during the day and the children had a lot of fun without leaving the hotel. When checking out, they also gave the children a gift. It is recommended to every family with children going to Suzhou.

The 69th hotel I checked in with my child. The hotel was once built and operated by the District Management Committee, and now belongs to the Licheng Group. For Suzhou people, there is a little sentimental element. My father used to stay in the old building when he was preparing for the project. This time I took him to experience the East Building. The room is much newer than expected, and the facilities in the public area are slightly old, which is acceptable. The service is warm. When checking in, I received a welcome drink, concierge service and departure gifts. The service staff I met all greeted politely, and I also met the baby’s favorite takeaway robot in the stairwell. The children's playground is open to the public and the facilities are a bit simple compared to five-star hotels. I look forward to the hotel's later renovation.
