經常來住。酒店環境很好，乾淨整潔、能走到陽澄湖環湖自行車道和步道。走時有東西忘記在房間了，酒店主動聯繫並幫忙快遞給我，非常感謝

酒店的環境很不錯～入住的時候幫我把行李大包小包送到房間，還有機器人送水～臨走的時候管家小張還送了寶寶一個小玩偶，寶貝很喜歡～很不錯啦！

房間很大，裝修很好，服務也很用心，從入住到離開，全程都很nice，還送了小餅乾和飲料，賓館的環境也好，前台小張的服務也很好，當天入住時迎賓的帥哥也很好，服務很耐心，三天兩晚的行程，很感謝為我們服務的所有細心周到的工作人員，以後來陽澄湖還會再來這裏的。

房間蠻大的，樓上樓下設施齊備（就是開放式的，不隔音）。酒店環境還不錯的、建築也是東南亞風的，就是有些舊了。房門的隔音和房間的隔音效果都不是太理想。不過服務還是不錯的，入住都有送飲料和小餅乾。早餐的品種不算很豐富，不過也有點小特色吧（有月餅和蘇式糕點）。
酒店周邊除了陽澄湖外還有一個很大的蓮湖公園，和一個比斯特奧萊，我們正好是10號退房，去那裡逛了一圈，收穫頗豐。周邊還有一個重元寺，就留着下次去吧。酒店還有一個很大的泳池，也沒時間體驗，也等下次吧。

秋風起蟹腳癢，選了酒店就來了。從陽澄湖眾多酒店裡麪選了這家，實時證明沒選錯。酒店位置非常好，在陽澄湖半島，開車不會像美人腿一樣堵，也不會像蓮花島太過於麻煩，但湖景看的一清二楚。
設施：感覺是老牌五星酒店，設定整體風格偏泰式，小童樂園室內室外，唱歌，桌球，健身房一應俱全。
衞生：室內外都很乾凈，客服服務及時。
環境：在湖心，環境沒得説，不出酒店都能直接get陽澄湖美景。
服務：最要表揚的就是服務了，運氣好遇見了非常好的前台張柏，對小朋友非常友好，check in/out都送了小玩具，體驗感拉滿，親子房佈置小朋友很喜歡，上下鋪加各種玩具和搖搖馬，特別説一下，這邊上下鋪的床特別結實，浴缸也是巨大，喜歡！還會再來！
