中秋節本想帶着一家老小來陽澄湖逛逛，沒想到遇到了颱風，長者家非常擔心節日加颱風會不方便用餐，前台服務人員小張和小王都會耐心回答，長者也表示在酒店住的很舒服，酒店環境也不錯，天晴的時候在酒店慢慢散步也是一景。

酒店緊鄰陽澄湖，可以在湖邊散步騎車。酒店設施很好、有游泳池、小朋友樂園等。離重元寺5分鐘車程，很方便。

這次出行整體感覺非常不錯，酒店是東南亞風，親子小童設施非常齊全，有室內外小童樂園，碰碰車，萌寵樂園，室內游泳池（有小童泳池），健身房有分有氧區和重量區，早餐品種還算可以
缺點就是房間設施舊了點，空調冷氣不夠足，網卡投屏投不上去
酒店工作人員態度都很好，幫忙搬行李，走的時候還給兩個寶寶送了玩具

服務非常好，泳池很👍🏻。酒店出花園就是環湖風景帶。遇到颱風總枱小寧還幫忙延遲退房，最後續住還給了打折。
