Very good hotel, nice lobby and rooms, friendly stuff. I really liked the wall panel with Chinese folklore theme in the lobby. Breakfast corresponds to Hilton. Some inconvenience of the hotel's location is compensated by the great view from the window.

Jenny at the front desk was very enthusiastic and professional. She called in advance to add WeChat and asked about my preferences. She sent me the hotel location and nearby tourist attractions. After checking in, she also sent me a small gift. There were some snacks and toys for children to play with. Anyway, the children liked it very much. The only thing about the hotel is that there is no swimming pool. It would be perfect if there was a swimming pool. To be honest, the location is a bit remote and there is nothing to eat around. If you don't drive, it's still quite far. If you don't eat out, you can only eat in the hotel. There is only one Tongli Ancient Town around, which is average. Thumbs up for Jenny's service again!

I received a call from the hotel front desk one day in advance, asking about my arrival time, room preference, and license plate number. They helped me make notes one by one, which saved me a lot of trouble. The room I was assigned could directly see the canal, and the view was very good. It was a pity that the hotel's takeaway could not be delivered to the floor, and there was no robot to deliver it. I hope it can be improved. It's not very user-friendly. The room is clean and tidy, with a Sharp TV and good solid wood cabinet hardware. Thanks to Amanda and Zoe for their warm and attentive service. It is close to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the water highway. I can bring my family here next time. It is a good place to spend leisure time.

Hygiene: The room was cleaned in time, and two more bottles of water were put in. Service: I tried the hotel's newly launched Su-style noodles at noon the next day. It may not suit my taste. It is quite satisfactory and there is nothing outstanding.

The hotel is in a very good location for a short trip with kids, halfway between Tongli and the museum. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, take a taxi to Tongli for a night tour. Tickets are free after 5:00. After enjoying a rich buffet breakfast the next day, walk 50 meters to the park by the Grand Canal, exercise early and take the kids for a stroll. It is worth recommending.
