Very good hotel near university. Very large room with a good firm bed. Breakfast was mainly Chinese with not enough vegetarian options but that is expected. Easy check in and out. Friendly cleaners.

The breakfast was somewhat decent but they had run out of key items like milk and butter at 9 am and showed not much interest in replenishing anything. The tub could not be filled due to a very small trickle of hot water that ran into it. I would not stay here again based on the price vs. the quality.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, without any smell of cigarettes.
Of course, there are still people smoking in the corridors and even in the elevator. But this is no longer the problem of the hotel.
