It was also the first Atour Hotel I stayed at. The overall experience was very good! Hot tea is served as soon as you enter the hotel, and the check-in process is very efficient. The room is spacious and clean. I really like the smell of sandalwood in their hand sanitizer. The supplies are of good quality. Do you provide hanging coffee (very thoughtfully prepared to take away a complete set of paper coffee cups and lids) and tea bags? , all the drinks in the refrigerator are free (you don’t need to buy water when you stay in the hotel for the first time), and when you check out and leave the hotel, the front desk will give you 2 more bottles of water, but you declined due to the inconvenience of carrying your luggage. The location of the hotel is very convenient. From Exit 3 of Suzhou Wandong Subway Station on Metro Line 4, you can see the hotel entrance and it is only a 2-minute walk away. In the future, I will consider hotels under the Atour system when I go abroad, and I will also recommend them to relatives and friends.
