This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

The service was great and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The scenery and outdoor pool are also great for photos. Thank you to the hotel staff.

This hotel was beyond breathtaking. The view, the aesthetics, everything was top notch. Great staff and great food. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel is extremely far away from city life, so it’s good to bring snacks either way you. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

But the most unacceptable thing is that the hotel is inconsistent with the matter of bringing pets‼ ️‼ ️ First of all, when booking in advance, I confirmed again and again that I had a pet (a 4-pound puppy) and asked if there was any additional fee. The hotel said that it was necessary to book a special pet villa (a more expensive single-family house), and if the guests brought their own urine pads, dog cages and other equipment, there would be no pet cleaning fee, so we brought a full set. As a result, who knew that a cleaning fee of 500 yuan would be charged when checking in and checking out. This kind of inconsistent behavior and attitude is really unacceptable. If I had known this earlier, I would have sent the dog to a pet store for foster care. Do we have to record the phone calls with the hotel before confirming anything in advance? I am really dissatisfied. If I had informed you in advance, I would have expected it, but they said they would not charge it in advance, but they charged it after I arrived! This really makes me feel uncomfortable!

They were kind and friendly, and we, as foreigners, did not feel inconvenienced. The room was also clean and nice. Because it was not carpeted, it was cleaner and better for the children. Everyone thought the Yangzhou fried rice was delicious! The hotel can go directly to Yuyang Mountain, and the tickets are free. I will come again in the future!

I took my parents and my little Douzi to Suzhou for vacation. I chose Yijun by the Taihu Lake. It was too hot and I hardly left the hotel. It was rare to find a pet-friendly hotel by the Taihu Lake, so Douzi could have a good time in the hot summer! The loft has an elevator, which is good! The receptionist Huanhuan was also good!
