Lovely clean hotel, close to station, nice and affordable. Everything clean and fresh, curtains blocked out all light. No issues, didn't try the breakfast though.

1: The beauty contact lenses under the bathroom sliding door, I don't know which guest left them there for how long, 2: The dust in the drawer, how long has it been since it was cleaned, and they sold it to customers like this, is this the standard of Atour? 3: I weighed myself on the scale and found that the floor was really sticky. Because I decided to go to Suzhou for a meeting at short notice, there were no familiar hotel series around the venue. Considering the convenience and the fact that many people recommended Atour online, I tried it. To be honest, I was quite disappointed: 1. When I checked in, the front desk invited me to become a member, but after repeatedly emphasizing that it was not necessary for the time being, I needed a verification code to open the room card. Fortunately, I took a closer look and it turned out to be the verification code for membership. This should be considered a fraud! 2. This time I booked a room temporarily, and I chose an executive king-size bed room. As a result, I found that the floor was uneven as soon as I entered the door (see Figure 1). Moreover, this inconspicuous problem, but wearing slippers, is particularly easy to affect walking. I feel that the hotel is like this! 3. I turned on the TV and found that the remote control receiver was actually like Figure 2. At first, it was still upside down, which was also a long-term experience! 4. The dust on the window glass (Figure 3) is probably not counted in months! 5. Some of the mung beans in the mung bean porridge for breakfast have not opened yet, and the fried eggs are cold. You must watch when cooking noodles, otherwise they will be left there for you. There will be no call and it is even less likely to have a pager. It looks okay, but it is really not as good as similar ones! I won't go into details about other minor issues such as the room hygiene details, traces left by the previous guest (which were really subtle), and the door not being able to close by itself. Anyway, it was my first time staying at Atour and I might have been unlucky, so I'll just give you a reference!

Service: The sheets were not disinfected and clean. The hair dryer was broken. The air conditioner had no hot air. The water temperature in the shower was very low. It was so hot that it froze to death. 4 people all had colds. I communicated with the front desk and called the maintenance staff. They told me that they could not solve the problem and gave me two bottles. Mineral water is very confused about what kind of operation this is? Give me cold medicine? I don’t really understand. Don’t stay there. There are so many problems and the hotel doesn’t have a reasonable explanation.

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is rich. I will come again if I have the chance.

Because this time my wife, son and sister-in-law went to Suzhou together, and after comparing many hotels online, they chose to stay in this hotel out of trust in Atour. The feelings after checking in are as follows: The service at the front desk is quite satisfactory, and everyone feels that the suite is also NICE, but the series of encounters afterwards I feel that I have encountered all the unsatisfactory things that may be encountered in all hotels in this hotel. First: After checking in, I found that the toiletries were extremely simple. Except for toothbrushes and combs, there were no other things, and there were no cotton swabs or anything. Second: I don’t know how to clean the tabletop of the second bedroom. The tabletop is sticky as if the previous drink was spilled and not wiped. Third: Both TVs can’t be watched. After calling the front desk for ten minutes, no one came to solve it. I called again for the second time before someone came to solve it. Fourth: This time, the focus: After sleeping all night, my wife and sister-in-law were all covered with bumps bitten by unknown insects. The next morning, I asked the hotel to change the sheets. When I came back to lie on the bed at night, I still felt bitten. I asked the front desk again and changed the sheets again. Fifth: After cleaning the small bathroom the next day, there was no garbage bag, the toiletries were still simple, and there was a door stopper in front of the toilet in the small bathroom. I don’t know why it was booked in this position. Every time I went to the bathroom, my feet would be hit. Sixth: Except for mineral water, other drinks were not replenished on the second day. Seventh: After the complaint, Ctrip solved it very quickly, at least there was an attitude of recognition of the mistake (in fact, it had nothing to do with Ctrip), but the hotel responded very slowly, and no one came to apologize until after ten o'clock. Eighth: There were nails under the carpet at the door of the room, which would directly prick my feet. I reported it to the sanitation attendant in the building and was told that it was nailed to the carpet and could not be solved. 😂 All the above facts can be taken with photos as evidence. As a trust in Atour, regardless of the price increase of accommodation fees during the long holidays, at least the services should be provided, but this stay really felt like a big coach inn, which was not worthy of the name. And this mite bites people, I really hope it can be completely solved. I saw guests complaining before, and I thought the hotel would pay attention to it, but there was no result. 😂
