I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite good. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth all thanks to Amy. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

The green logo of the hotel is very eye-catching. Opposite and near the gate are the subway entrance and high-speed rail station, and there are several large shopping malls next to it. The location is absolutely sufficient. The lobby is high and comfortable, and the music is soothing. The hotel also prepared summer ice drinks, which is very considerate. The check-in at the front desk was fast and professional. When checking in, Manager Xu also asked whether I was on a business trip or traveling, and introduced the delicious and fun things in Suzhou. The room was specially arranged for me in a quiet room. The pillows were very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was also the right temperature. I am old and have to adjust the temperature higher at night. Everything was good in Suzhou. Thank you for the hotel's warm service. See you next time.

The front desk guy at the hotel is very capable👍, the room is clean and sanitary, the bedding is comfortable, and the location of the hotel is OK. It is a few hundred meters away from the subway station. It is very convenient to take Metro Line 3 and Line 6 to the attractions in Suzhou Ancient City! There are many underground parking spaces in the hotel, which is suitable for self-driving tourists! The gym and swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel are also very good, and the children at home like it very much! There is also a large complex a few dozen meters across the street from the hotel, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, which is very convenient! The whole family was very satisfied after staying in Suzhou for two days!

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from the high-speed rail station. The environment is very good, and the stairs lead directly to the restaurant on the second floor. I came here with my friends. You can see this hotel as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. The appearance is quite grand. It was raining heavily so we didn't go out. The kids insisted to stay in a hotel with a swimming pool for one night, so we chose one that was not far from home. The results were a bit surprising. 1) Check-in only required one person's ID card, and there was no facial recognition. The kids' information was not asked (very unsafe). 2) The room decoration was a bit old-fashioned, with few plugs. Two people were charging their phones, and there was no place to plug in the power bank. We had to plug in a power bank in the bathroom. 3) The hotel didn't have robots or waiters. We had to pick up takeout outside the hotel lobby. 4) We arrived at the swimming pool at 10:30 am, and there was no lifeguard until about 11:00. He appeared and disappeared again. The narrow swimming pool was blocked by about one-third of the students who were learning to swim. There might be too many students taking classes. One child was taking classes outside, and there was no swimming lane for learning to swim. The most popular place was the sofa, and the children were fighting to sleep on it.

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, the lobby is grand and the service is good. Manager Xu at the front desk is attentive and hospitable. The auntie will also say hello when she sees you. Overall, it makes people feel very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come.
