Fantastic stay. Big lousy about the room. Big, cleaned and well maintained. The pools are nice but needs to be cleaned better.

Lovely room and the hot springs were really refreshing in winter! We really enjoyed our stay.

Very good place to go to hot springs! We enjoyed the hot springs a lot in the winter holiday. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing (and huge) bathroom. Checkin desk is friendly and helpful and speaks English. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has Chinese food as well as some Western choices like croissants, bacon, coffee, toast, and other normal breakfast foods like yogurt, fruit, etc. They started putting food away at 9:50 though, so don’t wait until last minute to go grab some breakfast. There’s not a lot close to it though, and restaurant in hotel is friendly and obliging, but expensive. Good place to stay!

it is just not the best time to go to Lake Tai in such cold and wet weather. Hotel is ok.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade and the room was bright, clean and big. Breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices. The play options for kids were really good - although it was very hot outside. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot spring area only opens at 2pm. It's frustrating waiting and disappointing to not have a final swim/relax in water on the check out day because you need to be out by 12. I hope the hotel can consider changing this. I do recommend the hotel for a few days getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Great place to enjoy with family. Stayed during the Chinese new year vacation. Although the staff tried thier best they couldn't ensure a good service as they were understaffed to serve a big crowd the turned out. Young children can really enjoy the place, much more in summer

Great facilities but food options can be improved

Give Suzhou Novotel Hot Spring Hotel a big thumbs up. Put a room card to prove that you have been here. The hotel environment and sanitation are perfect, and there are welcome fruits and welcome drinks. There is nothing to say about the hardware, the sound insulation is good, and the configurations such as smart toilet, Xiaomi TV, ergonomic chair, bathrobe, refrigerator, etc. are all full. I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and hot springs. The outdoor swimming pool is great, and there are six or seven pools in the hot springs. There are not many people in the evening. There are more people when I went there at 10 o'clock the next day, but everyone is of good quality and in order. The water quality is also acceptable, which is good news for swimming enthusiasts. There is nothing more comfortable than soaking in the hot springs and playing a game of gold shovel. There are not many people in the gym. Although the equipment is a bit old, it has everything it should have. I came here for the Chinese Valentine's Day and I am really satisfied. In addition, I would like to specially praise Miss Yang who helped me check in on 8/10. Miss Yang's smile is very contagious. She clearly introduced the location and business hours of each project, and helped me upgrade the room type, which made my Chinese Valentine's Day trip to a higher level. I have stayed at Kempinski, Four Seasons and Shangri-La before, this is my first time staying at Novotel Resort Hotel, I will come again next time!

I've been here before, and my kids loved it. I brought my kids back for another day. It's a great place to take kids out for a walk, and there's also a playground for playing in the water. I'd like to thank Cao Yanyan from the breakfast restaurant, who was very warm and helped me look after my kids while I was having breakfast. Recommended for family outings. Although it was very hot, the outdoor swimming pool was also very good, but you must be sun-protected. There are also indoor swimming pools for adults and children, water parks, hot spring pools, children's outdoor parks, etc. There should also be animals and botanical gardens, but it was too hot to go there. The breakfast was a little simple but the variety was complete. I booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi. If it is too hot during the day, you can also soak in the hotel by yourself.
