設施周全，衞生乾淨，服務到位

It was so pleasant to soak in the hot springs on this rainy day. The little yellow duck pool, the child’s favorite, couldn’t stop at all. My favorite was the infinity pool by the lake, with beautiful scenery and a view of Taihu Lake. Xiao Guo at the front desk was very gentle and provided good service. He took the initiative to upgrade our room type and gave gifts to the children. One detail was that the child’s toy fell in the hot spring. The front desk helped to find it many times and finally found it. Although it was just a small toy, it was very important to the child. The child thanked from the bottom of his heart. It is highly recommended for family and parent-child travel. It is a good place to relax on weekends. I was surprised that there were so few people and enjoyed VIP service.
