A very beautiful property to stay, the staff is extremely hospitable and sweet. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing and serene staycation near Shanghai. It does have a western restaurant on site and hotspring facility is also nice 👍

Hotel was in an isolated location with hot springs nearby. Beautiful grounds and large rooms with lots of amenities, also great food for breakfast and excellent noodles all day!

Is a perfect location for enjoying peace and lakeside views, close to hot spring facility.. The breakfast combine Chinese and International food.. Suitable for solo, couple and families travelling.

We rented a suite that had the tub on the deck. The room was very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the tub, and the view was amazing. The room was one of the nices hotel rooms I have stayed in China. The food in the restaurant was not great. We ordered a burger that was not hamburger. I am not sure what it was, but it was strange (It was hard meat that tasted like rubber). We thought the club sandwich was also less than appealing and the pizza was undercooked. The french fries and spring rolls were good. The dinner buffet was pretty decimated by the time we got to it. The only saving grace was having a hot pot on the table, which was really good. The hot spring resort is next door and really great. It costs around 200 RMB per person to go there and they provide a robe, slippers and lockers. The hotel is off the beaten path with nothing around, but I did not mind this. It is very peaceful with good views. Our son enjoyed the hotel and what it offered. I would stay there again for a weekend get away, but probably go somewhere else for food. That is difficult given the location.

Wow we had the best ***** new year there. Facility and service was great and price bath tub in the balcony was awesome!! Dinner buffet was good also with reasonable price

At the time of reservation, the site confirmed the room with a bathtub in the photo and booked it, but the room actually booked was a completely different room. Upon arrival, I found out that I had to pay extra to use the room. It was a scam. And considering that I paid an extra amount and waited for two hours to clean the room, I feel that the work was not done well. I liked all the other facilities and services in the hotel. However, I really want to sue for being scammed by this site when making a reservation. 预定的时候，网站确认了照片中有浴缸的房间就预定了，但实际预定的房间是完全不同的房间。 抵达后，我发现我必须支付额外费用才能使用房间。 这是一个骗局。 并且考虑到我多付了钱，等了两个小时才打扫房间，感觉工作没有做好。 我喜欢酒店的所有其他设施和服务。 但是，我真的很想起诉在预订时被这个网站骗了。

First time at this place and it was amazing. It’s a bit far from Suzhou station so I rented a car and went to this great quiet place. Good food and good company!

This resort is beautiful, with many hotsprings to choose from and grear service it's well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel resort is beautiful. It's a bit out of the way from the city, but being a hot spring resort, that's expected. We got the hot spring room which comes with your own private hot spring on the veranda. It's really big, can easily fit 4 people. The tub also fills up real fast, and you can choose how hot it goes. It comes with a little floating platter which we used as plate for sake. We also got the breakfast buffet with the room. Great selection, delicious FRESH food from various pasteries, fruit, Eastern and western selections.

The rooms are very beautiful and beautiful, the bathroom is very big and spacious. Some of the hotel staff were very friendly but they were understaffed because of CNY. They didn't really know how to help us, we didn't get served dinner for 3 hours on the first day, we didn't get shown the western menu until after we ate dinner, we ordered water through room service and we had to pick it up ourselves, there was a used bandaid in our shower, the spa was understaffed and only had one technician present even though its a spa/relaxation centered resort. Hotel is great though, would recommend not travelling during CNY, hopefully they would have more staff to help all their visitors.

The hotel rooms with its hot spring pools are marvelous. We enjoyed the room and balcony a lot. Great view and very quiet. The staff was friendly and the room service very discrete. But the hotel is far away from any other restaurant or supermarket. So no real infrastructure around the resort which isn’t really necessary when one only wants to stay in the room or going down to the hotel restaurant for the meals. The bathroom was super big and modern and so was the room. I would go back there for a view days to relax.
