WE LOVE IT!!!!! This is one of the best hotels/homestays I've been to in China! Just like the pics, it's located at the best spot of Shantang street, very closed to the metro station, and very easy to find. The service was very nice, both from the actual staff and the cats 🐈🐈⬛ The room and cleanliness have nothing to complain at all. Sadly Suzhou's attractions are very easy to complete in a day, but I will definitely recommend to anyone to spend time here a night!

The hotel is on the middle of a lively touristic district, in an old building with modern level of comfort. There is a tea house on the first floor, the rooms are on the second floor, you cab go outside on the balcony that fronts the canal. It is a bar street, so it can be loud (understandably), but on the weekend music stops at midnight, on the work day - even earlier, it was quiet around 10 pm. The service was exceptional! Several days before my journey hotel sent me friends request on the wechat and helped with my questions. There was a sudden temperature drop that really bothered me and lady that works in the hotel offered me a second blanket and even a radiator💞 I slept as a baby and enjoyed a nice morning drinking tea with the perfect view💞 10 out of 10 experience!

The homestay is located in the Qilishantang Scenic Area, and the Waicheng River is just downstairs. The worst stay I've ever had in a Huazhu brand homestay... I spent over 700 yuan, and it was totally worthless... Oh my god, that's the radar! Not air freshener, right? The dirty rag is even worse. First wipe the toilet, then wipe the washbasin! I quickly stopped it. Why does this sanitary condition cost more than 600? Why? And it can't be refunded? It's pure rip-off. More than 600 is more than enough to stay at the All Seasons! Why come here to suffer? It's terrible! Therefore, I have a very bad impression of the city of Suzhou! I dare not believe Ctrip's ratings in the future.

The cleanliness of the room was very average. There were small black spots on the bed, which I cleaned myself. The incense bottle next to the mirror was covered with dust and looked dirty, with a used toothbrush stuck in it. There was a pungent smell in the room and it was not very soundproof. At around 10 o'clock in the evening, the resident singer in the small shop next door sang very loudly, but fortunately he didn't sing all night and I slept late so it didn't affect me too much. The service attitude of the staff was quite enthusiastic, and they helped to carry the suitcase to the second floor, which I was very grateful for. The advantage is that it is in the scenic area, and when you are tired of visiting, you can go back to the hotel and sleep directly.

A standard B&B, very large, inside the scenic area, with a 270-degree night view, not bad, very close to the subway, convenient to go anywhere. The customer service will inform you in advance that there are bars on both sides, and you can return for free if you don't sleep well. The reply message is also very fast
