房間是蠻不錯的，畢竟是免費升級的。但是陽台移門的隔音真的太差了，從早吵到晚，酒店也沒有耳塞備品。本來一切都蠻好的，睡不好所以要求了延遲退房，結果中午開始就有人敲門，因為沒有自報身份就沒有迴應，下午1:23分左右吧你們自己去查監控看吧，竟然有人（應該是保潔）直接刷卡開門，而且依然是不打招呼的，幸好門閂都是扣上的，也沒進來，竟然就這麼一聲不響關上了還不道歉？真的很無語！臨近退房我也沒高興跟酒店扯，希望你們好好培訓一下員工！
