Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful, location is very far from any attractions of Suzhou city, but for someone who is looking for peace and quiet is perfect place to go. We went there with kid, there are big outdoor and indoor playgrounds, hot spring was nice too.

Just check out of this hotel after 2 nights/ 2 rooms / 4 pax. The weather is not so forgiving but the hotel is excellent especially the employees. Special thanks to Judy, the guest relation/housekeeper who extended our rooms and same time assure that we know amenities / facilities etc in details. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room was spacious and the service was fast and efficient. We needed some help and the staff was friendly. Considering it’s a hot spring, the location is very far, but luckily there are food options for delivery close by. The only real inconvenience is having to check in at one side of the building, and staying in other, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was OK. The location is nice, right at the water. The hotel functions in Chinese, so if was a bit hard to get by. The room was lovely and the hot springs are great.

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the bathroom products are of good quality. The garden-style hotel has many green plants, good ecology, and is close to Taihu Lake. The environment is really good. The buffet dinner is quite satisfactory, there are many breakfast varieties, and the Su-style red soup noodles are great. Most of the waiters are enthusiastic and polite. Especially the front desk housekeeper Mia Xiaoqin, who pays attention to the needs of guests from the beginning of check-in, provides answers and help until the guests get home safely. Mia's thoughtful service makes the guests feel warm and at ease, which is worthy of praise. Such a hotel is worth recommending and will choose to come again.

The hotel is located in the Suzhou Bay Ecological Zone. You can see the lake view from the room. The scenery is invincible. The hotel is very large. This time I stayed in the villa and the lake view building respectively. Each has its own characteristics. There are shuttle buses to various places, which is very convenient and friendly to the elderly. The lawn, lotus pond, and children's playground in the hotel are pleasant. This time, the housekeeper Xiao Zhou provided thoughtful service. We changed rooms for two days without any connection. We will choose here next time.
